| Shower Question This is a weird question I know, but my sister and I just took a Disney cruise this summer. It was her first cruise and she liked it so much she would like to go back with her husband. The only problem is that her husband is pretty tall and she said that he would be too tall for the showers. I suggested that he use the showers in the locker room, as I have read that some people just prefer those showers. She thinks that other tall people must also have this problem and that maybe there is another solution. I knew if there was someone on this board would have the answer, so help me out. What do tall people do on a cruise? Are the showers in higher categories bigger than in the lower cat staterooms or do they just use the locker rooms? My sister will appreciate any help you can give her!!! |

| My husband is 6'7" and has used the showers in the stateroom. Never comfortable, but honestly no shower is ever quite comfortable for him. On the ship, he tends to use the showerhead as a handheld piece. For our next cruise, I'm going to point him in the direction of the locker room, but my guess is he'll continue to use the shower in the stateroom.

| Thanks for this thread! DH is 6'5" and we are planning our first cruise (ever!) for next year and I never even considered this. Good to know he will fit, even if it is not as comfortable and luxurious as the shower at BLT!! Beth

| My DH prefers the showers in the locker rooms He's OK in the stateroom showers, it's just a bit awkward.
