I'm hooked!
My Disney cruises have gotten to me. We leave for our Alaskan cruise in 2 weeks!
So what did I just do? Booked another cruise, of course. Since we are empty nesters with no family around, Christmas gets rather lonely. DS is in the Navy and DD is in the restaurant business in the Virgin Islands. Neither of them will be home for Christmas. So DH and I are taking a Western Caribbean cruise for Christmas and to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The only bad thing is that it is not Disney. The price was just too high and the cruises weren't long enough for me. Also, DH isn't the Disney nut that I am. We sail from Ft. Lauderdale on 12/24 on Royal Caribbean. I'm excited!!

Congrats! There are days when I cannot wait to be empty nesters so DH & I can travel more. But of course I also dread getting to the point that the kids are out of the house

This seems like a nice way to branch out into other cruise lines. Then when you come back to Disney it'll be like coming home.

SOunds like a great time. Money is always issue when booking big vacations like cruises....enjoy.
