Just went in to look at our reservations to finish up since we finally got my niece's passport information and noticed that I had NO ACTIVITIES reserved. I reserved excursions last month but for whatever reason they didn't save! I don't know what happen and now the ones we wanted for CC are no longer available. I can't believe it, what are we gonna do?????
I'm really upset over this. I've planned and planned and can't believe it didn't double check sooner. I am so mad at myself!
No, not really. The only things we wanted to do was the stingray and parasailing. Looking at other ports to see if parasailing is available since Disney's site doesn't offer parasailing other than CC. Anyone know of any reputable operations in Cayman or Costa Maya?
Well, I called and no luck the activities we wanted on CC are no longer available. Guess we'll just chill on the beach or take a bike ride or something.
Does anyone know of a private company in the Caymans that do parasailing? Don't mind going outside of Disney & booking on our own for this.
Did they email you when you booked the excursion? When you actually book an excursion on DCL, for each activity booked, you get a confirmation email showing your booking. If you have this I am sure DCL will honor your bookings if you forward it to them because maybe it was their system error? If not maybe you didn't actually execute the booking fully? HTH.
Oh my gosh, my heart just sank for you. But even if you didn't do the screen grab, like Cheryl said, did you at least write down the confirmation number? If you have that, I am SURE Disney could do something...
