Running deck on Dream/Fantasy?

Run? on vacation? I would spill my drink! (just kidding, well maybe not about the drink part).
When we were on the Dream we saw a few people using the upper decks (12 - 14) to make a more challenging run since there are stairs involved if you go from bow to stern. They were doing this super early so they were not bothering anyone. I was only up then to take pics of the sunrise and the ship before most people got up.
I did a couple of laps on Deck 4 (walking, I didn't want to spill my drink ) and it is a nice running area.
