Re: Castaway Club Hi figment52! Welcome to the PassPorter boards! I think I might be one of about 6 people who received their Castaway Club information shortly after our first cruise. And to top it off, when DH and I were married and I changed my name with the club, I received a second information package within weeks. It's such a shame that Disney has become quite lax on this. Like Sara said, call them and they'll at least be able to give you your membership number.

Castaway Club I am new to the boards and they were a tremendous help prior to my first cruise but now that I am hooked I have a question for all past cruisers... How long did it take to receive information on the Castaway Club and how soon after the cruise did DCL send you information on it? As I said I am hooked and want to book another cruise (I should have done it on board) but don't know what the benefits will be. Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Castaway Club The Castaway Club is notorious for either never sending information or sending it WAYYYYY after your cruise. To get your Castaway Club number call (800) 449-3380 and for the list of benefits check out this page on DCL's website.

Re: Castaway Club We recieved our card in the mail shorly after our first cruise..and I put it in a safe spot ...so not to loose it... and you guessed it... Lost!! So I called DCL and asked about it... Golly gee... she had all our info at her fingertips... told us all the goodies of what to find when we get on board...( 30 more days...but who is counting...) and then...low and behold...I found the card..tucked in my travel document holder...

Re: Castaway Club Sorry I didn't get back sooner. Thanks for the information. I have the bug BAD now and want to go cruising again SOON. I won't be satisfied until I book another cruise but wanted to know when I could expect some information from DCL. I know, I should have booked while I was still on board - next time I'll know. I had to come home and prove to myself that I could cruise for about the same amount that I could do a land vacation and get more R&R. Anyway, I have started a trip report and oh my gosh, I NEVER realized what went into one of those. I took no notes so I am writing from the Navigator and the photos I took. It is a lot more work than I imagined. THANKS to everyone that has every posted a trip report.
