Gas Station at Cape Canaveral I´m renting a car with Avis and return it at The Radisson. Can anybody tell me where the last gas Station is to refill the car. Also I would like to know,if it´s better to return the car first and take the shuttle with luggage to the ship or just drope the luggage at the ship off and then return the car?I heard that the shuttles get very busy in the mornings at Avis and the Hotel.Taxi?? Any advice is welcome. Greetings from Germany

Re: Gas Station at Cape Canaveral There is a gas station just North of the Radisson on the same side of the road. The station is called RaceTrac. See it on the Map here: http://www.dcltribute.com/spacecoast/

Re: Gas Station at Cape Canaveral With the security precautions in place at the cruise terminal, I think it'll be faster and easier to drop-off the car first and bring all your luggage on the shuttle. A taxi is a good alternative if you're concerned about the wait for the shuttle. The taxi fare from the Radisson will be less than $10.
