i'm only minutes old to this forum thing, A newbie
I've looked at chat rooms and forums before but, never joined one before. So treat me kindly and tell me if I shout ot yell or some e-mail faux paux. I know nothing. I don't know smile , Icons or anything else to do with this. I am willing to learn to hang out with Disney People. This is so great. Real live Disneyphiles to talk to. Have been to Disney Land many times . Took my first trip to WDW Oct 2006. Not enough time and have I think only 648 days till I go again. What's a tracksbacks?
Trackbacks are a type of link (URL) -- in this case, an acknowledgment to another site that you wrote something related to them. For example, if I wrote a post about something I heard at, say, TheDisneyBlog.com (such as the new Disney parenting magazine -- Wondertime -- set to debut this month), I would include its trackback link to that thread at The Disney Blog. 99.99% of the folks here at our boards will never use this feature currently, but those that use blogs will like the feature, and it may become more important as forums become more interconnected as blogs are. If none of this makes much sense, don't worry -- you can safely ignore it.
