Hello, my name is Toni. I'm sitting here in my little igloo waiting for warmer weather when I can mush my dogs out to the airport to hop a plane to warmer climates!
ok no not really I am Toni and I do live in Alaska though. LOL I am a Disney Fanatic from birth, but because we're SO FAR AWAY from the Disney parks we rarely go.
I purchased the PassPorter on impulse a few months back after my aunt and I decided it was high time my family had a family vacation. My family has not gone on an honest to goodness vacation since I was 5 (to Disneyland!) and never since my brother was adopted (at age 10, though he'd been with us since he was four) so our trip to WDW is going to be extra special.
anyway I hope to get the hang of the boards and get to know all of you very soon!
thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I like it here already! and I've only visited two sections of the board! lol

Welcome, Toni! Sounds like you're going to have a fun time planning.
Oh I've enjoyed planning the trip sooooooooo much! We made the reservations two months ago and now I am just counting down the hours...
My mom and brother have never been, and my dad only experienced 12 hours of Epcot (that he STILL complains about lol) and I think 5 hours at the MK... it was a Magic Music Days thing my high school band did. Not the best trip but it was fun...
so it's going to be pretty magical. We mentioned all the things we were celebrating when we called Disney (My cousin graduates High School two days before our trip, my brother's first vacation, my parents' 25th wedding anniversery). Only thing we have yet to reserve is dad's golf day (they said we could reserve online when we called back in January but I kept saying that it's only 90 days advance... and they weren't helpful lol)
that and then when we get to Disney on the night of the 12th I have to check in and then book it to MK so that I can sign dad up for the flag ceremony that they do with a Vet every night/day?)
so yeah we have all this stuff we're doing for my parents that they don't even know about. It's so cool!
