| HI, My family & I are going to WDW Oct.2009 and I really want to get the best ticket prices. We are on a tight budget, so we need to get the best bang for or buck. We're not staying on the property, but at a friend's time share about 5 miles from where all the MAGIC begins. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

| i agree. mousesavers.com has some info. usually, AAA has the best prices for non-AP's or non fla residents. there is some info on mousesavers though about some reputable (and i emphasize reputable) places. do not buy on ebay...that is one thing i can tell you. i never have, but people are tempted and it won't work. don't buy from kiosks around orlando either. big rip offs can occur. i am sure others here will have suggestions for you. however, you may also be surprised if you call a travel agent and have them do a quote on packages with all-included things...you may find that this would be cheaper than staying in the time share. good luck to you! and welcome..... |

| Good advice about Ebay. They tell you it's a good deal, but don't do it. A lot of the time the tickets are tied to your finger print, so don't buy used. The best thing is mousesavers.com. But buy before you get there, the lines are really long.

| Welcome to the boards and enjoy your stay! ![]() As far as Mousesavers goes, that's a good place to research ticket prices and decide what is best for you. You may want to package it with a Disney Resort stay as that can save you some loot. Considering a dining plan might be good too. It depends what you want to spend. Check on Mousesavers and with Disney on any deals that are being offered. I believe there are some through the end of the year with a dining package (excluding T-Day and X-Mas). I think Mousesavers has a couple of discount brokers listed for park tickets. I think the names are Ticket Mania and Undercover Tourist. I'm sure there are links provided. I think the discounts are only minimal at best as Disney doesn't offer discounts off the regular price of their tickets. Prices are set for the year.

| Definitely sign up for the free e-newsletter at Mousesavers. They often have special discounts offered on tickets and hotels. Be sure to check AAA if you are a member, as well as your credit union if you belong to one, or your employee benefits office if your company offers discounts on things like tickets or trips. You should also look at some of the Authorized Resellers like: Disney Tickets - Orlando Disney World Tickets Ticket Mania - Online Store Disney tickets discount, free shipping from Undercover Tourist These all sell real, unused tickets. They have excellent service (we have used Ticket Mania) and are recommended by many who don't buy packages. Do check to see if tax and shipping are included when comparing prices.
