Hi! I'm Tammy and I happened upon this board while researching stuff for WDW and boy am I glad I did!!!
Up until last year, I never really cared about anything Disney...not even the movies. That is until we got free plane tickets to meet DH birth family in California last year. He left CA when he was 8, so he still had a vivid memory of DLR. He was so excited to take me there and I wasn't looking forward to it at all. UNTIL.......I walked through the gates and took it in! Yep, I'm hooked now! (yeah he's totally happy about it!!! LOL)
So we've decided to plan a trip to WDW (neither of us have ever been there) after we reach a certain goal in our lives. Sooooooo the problem is that we aren't going until Sep of 2014. That's not really a problem, I guess except the fact I wanna go now..LOL. Anyway, I've been having so much fun researching all things WDW related. No one wants to hear about it (other than DH). I thought, "am I crazy for already planning what I want to do, where I want to eat, etc?". Then I found this board!!!!! I saw one countdown timer that's for over a 1000 days away. I HAVE FOUND MY PEOPLE!!! LOL!!!!
So that's about it. I am really enjoying reading your TR's and learning great tips from them. I'm really glad this community is here.
Hi and Welcome to the boards Tammy. Isn't Passporters great? I felt the same way when I found it - here are people that share my love of Disney and I can openly talk about it anytime that I want without eyes rolling or being told enough is enough.
