I didn't introduce myself last month, so I'll jump in here to say, "HI!" My DH has been a member for years and, about a year or so ago, I started posting here using his member name (mff10or). I think I feel safe enough now to come out from behind his shadow and post as myself. Although timid in person, I think I'm braver in text.
Anyway, I'm a 50+ year old, pooh-shaped lady who strolls around WDW in flowered capris, a hot-pink graphic t-shirt, and a big floppy hat. I'd still be wearing the hot pink crocs if my pain management doc weren't so adamant about them being bad for the arthritis in my hip & spine. (Yes, I'm a nerd, deal with it.) I've been a theme park junky for years and love roller coasters, but had to give them up for health reasons. Line jumpers (and those people who wait until the parade starts and then push up to the rope and stand in front of everybody who has been waiting for an hour or more) make me crazy. (This is probably more than you need to know, but it hints at my point of view. . .)
Well, I have finally joined after several years of just sitting on the back porch and watching. My family and I enjoy traveling, being together and all things Disney!
I'm Chris. I'm from New Hampshire and my family are planning our first trip to WDW this April. I can't believe I'm 40 and have never been to WDW. I have some friends who are total Disney junkies and I've come to the conclusion that you're all nuts. But I mean that in the best way. I've already picked up some great tips on these boards, although the more I plan the more overwhelmed I get. Totally looking forward to this trip,
