The Candlelight Processional is at EPCOT at the American Adventure pavilion. It runs nightly beginning the day after Thanksgiving. It is hard to put into words to explain how awesome it is whether you are Christian or another faith. It is the story of Christmas with a celebrity narrator, school choirs, and an orchestra. There are 3 shows a night and there is a standby line but the only way to guarantee admission to the show is to buy a lunch or dinner package. There is a certain day these packages come on sale. Each celebrity does 3 days of shows. A list comes out in spring or early summer of the celebrities which can change. Depending on what show time you have will determine a lunch or dinner package. There is a list of EPCOT restaurants you pick from and when you call you are told based on which showtime you want what times you can choose for the meal which has to be prior to your show. It is a set price you pay and can choose 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and 1 dessert off of the menu. i believe you can pay on your own or with the DDP. I don't know how it works with the DP. We paid on our own and I can't remember if you give a credit card to hold the package and pay at the meal or if you pay at the time of the ressie.

Thanks for the info! So, the park isn't closed or anything -- and if you don't have a lunch or dinner package, you can still be in Epcot? We've got 2 meals so far that we want to get ADRs for within Epcot -- so we'll be hopping around parks and spending time at Epcot. There are so many other things we want to do with this trip, I'm not sure we can also fit in the CP, but I'd also hate to miss out on Epcot if we can't be in there while it's going on.

I wish we did not have to wait until May to buy MVMCP tickets. That will really help with our schedule once we know what days the parties are and can plan our schedule around it.
