You can do it Kat. As a former smoker (believe it or not, since the age of 15), I know how hard it is to quit completely.

I have given it half hearted tries.. and it would make life so much easier. I am just trying to get to that place where I REALLY want to quit.
I also saw what my MIL is going through because of 40 plus years of t least 2 packs a day.
I did get up this morning and take the dogbrat for a walk instead of sitting right down at puter. I have to really push my hubby to fix my bike too!

My goal also is to lose weight before our next trip, which will be in late August. Having the trip as a reward is a great incentive
