| Highlights from April trip.... I already have one trip report going and didn't want to start another one when I haven't finished that one so I thought of a little highlight report from our last trip would be nice. I didn't put much thought or planning into this trip DH had a seminar to go toat CSR and I tagged along (you didn't think I would let him go without me did you ). DH's manager and his wife were also going and I didn't find that out until closer to the trip. It made it a little difficult since I didn't know them very well and didn't really know their likes and dislikes so it was all left up to me. We ended up having a good time together. DH's boss called the Tower of Terror the Tower of Carrots why I don't know but it was pretty funny. We stayed at CSR and that was a first for us. It is a very nice resort. DH said the convention center there was really nice. I really enjoyed walking around the resort esp. at night. The crowds were the worst I have ever encountered and finding any attraction with a wait of less than 50 minutes was impossible. Fast Pass was a must when they weren't all gone for the day. I didn't get a chance to do any evening EMH, but I was able to see Wishes the first night and Illuminations another night. We ate at WCC the first night and it was wonderful as usual. We also had 50's Prime Time and DH got in trouble for putting his elbows on the table and hiding his green beans so Coustin Mary fed him his green beans. We really enjoyed ourselves there. Beaches and Cream was another hit. The No Way Jose was wonderful!!!!! We also snacked our way around the World Showcase. Lisa and I went over to the Poly 2 of the afternoons while our hubbies were in the seminar and had pina coladas. If you have never had a Pina Colada from the Poly they are wonderful with or without alcohl. My favorite part of the trip was the Segway tour at EPCOT. I did this on my own and had a blast. DH and I will be doing this in September. I would suggest doing the 8:30 tour before the World Showcase opens it is much easier to navigate without the crowds. If this is something you have considered doing I highly recommend trying it. Since I am at work and don't have access to my pictures I will add them when I get home tonight. |

| Re: Highlights from April trip.... Sounds like you had a good time! I agree with you about the pina coladas at the Poly! For my next trip I have a PS for 'Ohana, but it's really just to have a pina colada! Looking forward to the pics! |
