| Re: Eighteen Again! - Pre-trip [ QUOTE ] I have to admit, there were quite a few cute college-age boys in the Yacht Club while we were there. Hey, this is the 18 Again trip report after all, so I’m allowed to notice stuff like that. [/ QUOTE ] That totally made me (obviously.) As usual, fantastic job Princess!! And yes, I too will kindly offer you a piece of land as we will be checking out this Spectrospot on our next trip (or...seeing as you may already be there, maybe you could let us edge on in? ) GREAT photos!!! I really loved Busch Gardens, thanks for sharing!!! Oh, and nice celeb sighting (though I suppose it'd be hard to miss. ) Looking forward to more! | Re: Eighteen Again! - Pre-trip Loved your pictures of the resort. We took a shortcut through there last summer and loved the interior - both the lobby and the hallways. Also, I didn't realize Four for a Dollar was still there, I thought I heard something about them being gone. Nice to see they're still performing, as I like them also. |

| Re: Eighteen Again! - Pre-trip Dear heavens woman, what time did you wake up? I was actually glad to see some other people in one of your shots because I was beginning to think that it was 5 a.m.! | Re: Eighteen Again! - Pre-trip [ QUOTE ] “Look mama, booby.” [/ QUOTE ] Good thing I wasn't drinking anything -- my keyboard would've been a goner! (Reminds me of my brother you loved to yell "TRUCK" but couldn't pronounce the TR... always came out sounding like an F....) More, more, more! Eileen |

| Re: Eighteen Again! - Pre-trip Day Six Part Two My Favorite Ride Photo Pose! We got the boat to the Y&BC and I got to quickly meet Amy before we headed over to the Cape May Café for dinner. We checked in and were seated within 10 minutes. While I enjoy seafood, Erica is much more of a fan than I am and she loved the CMC. I really liked everything I tried, but believe it or not, what I liked best was the mashed potatoes! ![]() After dinner, we headed back to our room to freshen up, then headed back to the dock and caught the boat back to MGM. I had hoped to get FPs for RNRC or TOT for later, but they had been distributed for the day, so we decided to just grab seats for Fantasmic!, which is one of Erica’s favorites (and mine too ).Even though we had less than an hour before it started, we scored some good seats one row over from the center. We were seated about 7 or 8 rows from the front and we got a little wet because of the wind, but we both enjoyed the show immensely. I took some photos when the wind wasn’t blowing mist on us. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Normally once Fantasmic! ends, I let the theater empty out before trying to leave, but this time Erica and I wanted to try to get in a ride or two, so we made our way with the herd out of the theater. ![]() We had our RNRC FPs, which had a return time of 4:30-5:30, so we decided to skip TOT and hope we’d have time for it after RNRC. We showed our “expired” (long expired, actually) FPs and the CM didn’t blink an eye and waved us through. While we were waiting, I got a great idea for a ride photo pose and told Erica I had a good idea, but not what I was going to do. RNRC is really not the best place to do a complicated pose because of the restraints and also because you’re practically being shot out of a cannon when the picture is taken, but I managed it, and Erica couldn’t see what I did, so the picture was a surprise to her. When she saw it, she crowned me ride-photo champ! She couldn’t stop laughing. Everyone else who rode in our limo saw it and they were pointing at it and cracking up too! Here it is ![]() ![]() Erica was especially impressed that I looked so peaceful, considering what was happening on the ride at the time! We only had a few minutes before the park officially closed and we wanted to get another ride on TOT, so I didn’t buy the official ride photo. We made it to TOT just before closing time (only one group was let in behind us). There were only about a dozen of us in the library. Erica was surprised that I know the preshow movie by heart! Yes, my TOT geekdom knows no bounds. After going on about my TOT geekiness, I am ashamed to admit that I don’t know exactly how many times I’ve been on it, but if I had to guess, I’d say somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 times. My record for one trip is 13 times! There was practically no one in the boiler room, and we enjoyed the novelty of being the last drop of the day. I can’t remember what poses Erica and I did for this one. The park was closed by now, so we made our way out to the car. Tonight was our PI night and I was happy to find a good parking spot. Erica was hoping to see the NCAA kids, but we didn’t see them. We spent a long time just wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere. I suggested going into the Adventurer’s Club (‘specially cause I wanted to see it) or the Comedy Warehouse, but Erica just wanted to walk around. It was around midnight I guess when we headed to the car. Back at the YCR, I set a wakeup call for 7:00 since we had an 8:00 ADR at the Cape May Café and we turned in for the night.
