I have to admit....I learned something new today! I had NO IDEA they had a horse drawn trolley at MK. I guess I have never been there when they pass by, so I always thought the Train tracks were for an actual train. DUH!!!! Thanks for teaching me something new!

Wednesday, May 31, Day Four: Part 3

You Have a Photo of Who On Your Wall??<font color="purple">

Okay I will stop talking about the horse trolley now…on to the rides everyone else enjoys. I took the train to Frontierland and got a FP for Splash. While I was waiting for the FP time I walked over to Adventureland to see what the wait was for Jungle Cruise. The wait was a bit too long. I went back to Frontierland and caught the train to Toontown. I still had not found Belle yet.

It was starting to get really hot so a ride on the train was a relief. I went into the Tent and found the line for Jasmine rather short so I jumped in it. The wait wasn’t more then 10 minutes. I had never met Jasmine before so I was very happy to add her signature to my autograph book. Just as I got up to the front of the line Belle walked in the room. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/woot.gif[/img] The family before me was still busy with Jasmine so Belle cracked her book open sat on the bench and started to read. It was so sweet. I wish I would have gotten a photo. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I met Jasmine and then Belle and got my photo take with both my camera and the PP guys camera. I told Belle all about my dog Belle and asked her to give Phillip a carrot for me. She smiled and said she would and was a bit surprised when I told her I had a picture of Phillip on my wall at home. “You are the first person I have met that has a photo of my horse on their wall.” [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/ukid.gif[/img] Is that a bad thing? I love Phillip! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]





I left the tent and walked around the gift store for a bit. I then went over to Mickey’s house and joined the line for Mickey in the Judge’s Tent. The line was very short and the best thing is AIR CONDITIONING! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/082502yes_prv.gif[/img] I chatted with the CM for a bit and noticed she had hidden Mickey’s on her shirt so I took a photo. I was in the room with Mickey in less then 20 minutes. He had a lot of fun with me. He insisted on giving me a kiss and a big birthday hug (I was wearing my birthday button).




When I walked outside the heat/humidity hit me like a ton of bricks. I went to the snack stand to get something to drink. That is when I found (hear the choir of angels) FROZEN LEMONADE! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/yuma.gif[/img] This is the most divine drink known to man…it not only quenches your thrust but it makes you cold on a hot day. I sat on a bench at the Toontown Railroad Station and sucked down my frozen lemonade giving myself several ice headaches…but they felt sooooo good! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/082502yes_prv.gif[/img]

I boarded the train and headed back to Fronteirland (via Main Street USA). My FP time for Splash was approaching so I made my way to the ride. By the time I got down there it was time for me to ride! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/woot.gif[/img] I know I know… “No flash photography” but I did. I was the only one in the back of the boat and I didn’t take a lot of them. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Please don’t turn me into the Disney Police. I also got a couple of shots…BEFORE the drop….and AFTER the drop! Whhheeeeeee




The line for BTMR was only 30 minutes so I got in line. The wait was very short so I was happy. I love BTMR it was the first roller coaster I ever went on when I was 11 years old in 1984. Sorry no photos…I have some from last trip!

I went back to Fantasyland and got in line for Dumbo. I had not ridden Dumbo since I was 11 so I really wanted to grab a flying elephant. When I was almost to the head of the line my cell phone rang. It was Amy, “Where are you?” she asked. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/jawdrop.gif[/img] OMG I was suppose to be at Tea at the GF! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img] I jumped out of line and ran up Main Street USA and tried to decide…boat or monorail. There was no monorail at the station and I KNEW it needed to make 3 stops before we got to the GF so I opted for the boat. The line was pretty big but I figured if it came down to it I could get down on my hands and knees and beg to get on the boat. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] There was no need for groveling everyone that was in line was able to get on the next boat.
