| Kate is so cute with the characters. I  the picture of her checking out Goofy's whiskers! That family picture is definitely a keeper!  to the CM!

| I have REALLY enjoyed reading your trip report. BEST YET! I have only been on 3 Disney trips as an "adult"...without DM & DF. I really have to start writing my own TR though, they are so much fun to read. They really put you in the Disney spirit! You have such a beautiful family. Again, I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed reading your TR. I look forward to finishing it up.  I hope the kids are enjoying looking over the pictures and reminiscing their wonderful Disney trip! | Thanks to everyone for your encouraging messages, and for sticking with me. Sorry I didn't get too much posted today. It's snowing to beat the band tonight, so I think I'll have some time tomorrow while we stay in!

| At one point, Goofy went over towards the break area, and gestured to a CM to join him. They came back with promotional Pirate & Princess hats for all the kids.  One of the times Goofy came back, he sat down next to FIL, took a crayon and wrote “where you from?” on the paper tablecover. We said Michigan, and he wrote “Goofy loves Bronners.” This cracked us up, because Bronners is a store in the town of Frankenmuth, which is a popular tourist area a bit north of us. It’s famous for its German cooking and touristy stores, including Bronners, where it’s Christmas all year round. We had no idea Goofy traveled this far north! It was a fun moment! I took a picture of what he wrote, but my MIL made me take the actual paper he wrote on, coffee stains and all!  After Minnie came back by the table, and we took our family photo, Goofy came by for another visit. Kate was out of her chair at this point, and she really wanted Goofy all to herself. First, FIL took her over to him, and she wanted a hug.  Well, apparently the characters cannot hold children, so Goofy motioned that he would sit down. Here’s Kate getting comfortable.  Here’s Kate getting really comfortable!  Then she remembered that Goofy was a dog, and had no business standing up on two legs. She proceeded to give him a lesson in how to be a dog!  No, Doggie, this is how you’re supposed to walk!

| We interrupt Day 3 of our trip report to take you back to the morning of Day 2. If you recall, Christian was awake early while everybody else was a bit sluggish. He and I headed down to the Marketplace to buy some milk for the cereal I brought from home while everyone else got ready. As I open the door, I see a familiar face (which I had not had the pleasure of meeting before this morning) a little ways up the hallway. This person had shoulder-length dark hair and was accompanied by a little curly-headed girl and a gentleman with not much hair to speak of.  "Karen?" I call down the hall. "Whos' that?" she responds, in her great accent! "It's Beth!" I say, as if we were old friends. Thus begins my very first Passporter meet. They were on their way to a park (MGM? MK?), so we chatted a bit and walked down to the elevators together (getting lost along the way). Unfortunately, that was the only time we saw them all week.  Karen, it was fun running into you and so nice to meet you, your dh and your little moppet. I'm enjoying reading what you were up to while we did our thing down at WDW. Now, back to your regularly scheduled day 3 trip report...

| At this point, the waitress came by to make sure every character had been there to visit with us. We had seen everyone but Dale, so she went to make sure he came by before we left. Before too long, Dale made his way to our table and had great fun playing peek-a-boo with Kate.  Look at this happy baby's face!  You can see in that picture that Grace is patiently waiting her turn. Here's her turn!
