In this age of the internet, I wonder if companies realize how influential these little message boards can be? Don't you know that everyone on this board is going to think twice about flying with AirTran after reading your TR?

I hadn't thought of that! I suppose it could affect their business. I should have threatened to post my letter all over the internet!

I've looked at their flights for my trip in September, just because they're so cheap, but I definitely won't take my son on another Air Tran flight again. We flew Northwest last month to my Nana's funeral, and the difference was night and day. Of course, we didn't have Christian with us on that flight, but I could tell that we would have been treated so much better by the way they treated me and the girls.

I would never fly air-tran after hearing how they treated you. I think you should keep up on this and contact any organizations that you might be aware of hospital care groups and share your experiences with them. They should at least give you a formal apology and I feel personally you and your son should be reimbursed for your fare. I would not let them off the hook. I makes me so angry to see someone treated like this as though her son’s CP is an inconvenience to them and to treat you less than. I wonder what happened to the old saying treat others, as you would like to be treated. I guess that’s why we love WDW so much, 99% of the time you are treated so special; it really is a shock to be slapped back into the “real” world. Sorry if this is a ramble but how you were treated really got to me. Hope you get an answer from them soon.

Just finished reading your trip report and Loved every minute of it. I can't tell if the 2 ariels are the same, but maybe the 2nd ariel was there that night but as another charecter.

Thanks! I hadn't thought of that - the crowds were so low that if she'd been there as another character, she may have recognized Rose, even two days later.

Just wanted to let you know that we never did hear from AirTran. It's been 3 months, and my TA said not to expect a response at this point, and that it wouldn't be worth it to press the issue.

By the way, I'm flying Southwest in September!
