| Just catching up again, Jill! And your report is fantastic so far. Sounds like y'all are just having a blast! You would never know Maddie doesn't crack a smile on Pooh and other rides - she must love the camera! Your day at MK sounds like one we had - so much done in so little time! Those are the best.Quote:
Your Artist Point meal sounded DELICIOUS and I've got a full on tummy rumbling going on now. Glad you were able to meet up with some fabulous Passporters as well! Can't wait for more!

| Great updates Jill! AP sounds so yummy! I had to laugh at Maddie and her sippy cup- Millie (dd 16mos) doesn't go anywhere without hers either! Dh and I joke that she needs a 'sippy clip' (like a paci clip, but for her sippy cup). I can't wait to read about your day at Epcot- I that park!

| Sunday, June 3 Day Three Part Two When we entered Epcot late that morning, the first sight that we saw was the pirate ship from Peter Pan for the F&GF. Wow! After our inaugural Epcot ride, I headed to The Land to pick up fastpasses for Soarin’ while Thom and the girls walked on to The Seas to stand in line for a ride in a clam mobile. Out of nowhere, Mary Devall decided that she wanted to ride Soarin’ so we wanted to make sure that she got the chance. I had a sneaking suspicion that it had something to do with the fact that Macy had mentioned riding it the night before. By the time that I caught up with my family, they were just getting in a line that stretched out the door. Once again, the line moved quickly so we were inside in just a couple of minutes. It probably took a good 10 minutes before we reached our clam mobile and tried to find Nemo - - again! Mary Devall and I rode together and about half way through the ride I began feeling something hitting my hair. - - I’m still surprised that he never got thrown out of a ride! After riding Nemo, we always have to visit the “hands on” exhibit so that both girls can touch everything in the room. They also enjoyed posing with all of the fish.Mary Devall looks so old in that second one - - look at those long legs. Maddie looks like the cat who swallowed the canary. ![]() I’m not sure when Maddie is going to grow out of biting Bruce’s teeth, but I have this same picture from our last two visits. ![]() Continued in the next post . . .

| Sunday, June 3 Day Three Part Two continued . . . Next, we decided to visit one of our favorite spots, Character Connection. I noticed through the windows that they had really remodeled, but what I really noticed when we entered was the big crowd. We passed the time just being silly with each other and getting excited as we slooowly moved forward. There was a precious two-year-old little girl in front of us who wanted to dance with Mary Devall, so I think that secretly thrilled Mary Devall (she is used to being the admirer more than the admiree When it was finally our turn to see Mickey Mouse, Mary Devall excitedly got her new autograph book ready for him to sign. It was only fitting that the big guy himself be the first to sign her special book. As we moved through the characters, Maddie gradually warmed up to them - - she was still a little leery but she wasn’t crying out any longer. She did keep a strong grasp on her dad though just in case! ![]() I love this first one of Mary Devall with Goofy. She looks like she is pondering some weighty issue in her life while waiting for him to sign her autograph book. ![]() Yeah! Maddie is finally smiling around a character, but note how far away from Dale she is. Dale looks kind of pitiful back there all by himself. ![]() Continued in next post . . . Hey, we stood in line for an hour! I'm going to milk those photos for all they're worth!

| Sunday, June 3 Day Three Part Two continued . . . ![]() ![]() ![]() All of these Character Connection photos (and the one of Maddie and Mary Devall in Bruce) were taken by a Photopass photographer. We always rely on them if they are available to keep us from eating up our own memory card space and because they do a great job. We've enjoyed coming home after the past few trips, taking our time adding borders to favorite photos and then ordering the cd. Up next . . . lunch and Mary Devall's first ride on Soarin'

| Great update! I am surprised we didn't run into you guys since we were in Epcot that day as well. I love all of the Character Connection pictures. Sadly, Macy refused to go in every time I asked her during our entire trip! Now I think it may have been a good thing since the wait times have gotten so long! I can't wait to hear more about Mary Devall's first ride on Soarin. |

| Glad you made it to Epcot at a reaonable time! I totally agree with you about character connection...we were there the week before you and I was shocked at the wait. On the upside, at least you get 6 character visits after the wait! danielle
