| This so reminds me of my first trip with my DH! It was the year 2000 and the first time we had either been there since we were kids, and we had never been to any other park except the MK! So much planning, so much excitement! I am really excited for you both! Have a great time!

| Pre-Trip Part 4: Weather Watching (and Praying) Right now, there's a significant weather threat off the eastern coast of Florida that's got us freaked. Meteorologists seem particularly concerned that the low-pressure system there is going to develop into a tropical storm over the weekend. We cannot afford for this to happen. We fly out Monday freaking morning. Our trip will be completely busted if it turns hurrricane-y in the next few days. I am officially freaked out! We're from Oklahoma - yes we have severe weather, we are the heart of tornado alley of course - but our storm systems don't sit around, spiraling over us and delaying/canceling days worth of plane travel. Does anyone know what Disney does in case airport shutdowns cause people's Disney vacations to be delayed by several days? I have trip insurance through AIG Travel Guard, so it's not like the bulk of the costs won't be given back to me, but still.

| hey that thing off the coast is more of a threat to the carolinas than anything....so im sure you and yours will be just fine  relax and enjoy your trip!!!and have a mickey bar for me !!!!!
