| So sorry to come to the end...I really enjoyed your trip report all the way from the very early pre-trip... I am so glad you had a wonderful time...even with a few little "detours" in the road you turdged through (even poor DH - next time try those Sea-bands...lol) Hope to hear about more planning...I saw that trip not even a year away (sounds so long when you say 365 - but you are at 335....that is less then a year....better start planning.... |

| What a great trip report! I have so enjoyed reading it and getting to know you and your family! What a great bunch you have! I, too, have been guilty of trying to make everyone happy except myself. A couple of years ago I finally realized that it was my vacation too and that everyone else was having fun without me trying so hard! Can't wait to hear about your next plans! Jill

| Thank you for sharing your trip with us. It sounds like it certainly had its highs and lows. We have made many many many trips and have found that we do better when we don't overplan and take turns choosing our next turn. And always remember that what you don't do this time, you will enjoy next time! Start planning that next trip!

| Thanks for sharing your trip, I've loved reading about it! A first trip is always a learning experience and it sounds like you really learned a lot of what to and what not to do's, while still having a great time. It's some great advice for newcomer's as well as those of us who've been several or many times!

| Just read your final thoughts Cathy. Glad you all had such a great time. The Disney blues hit every single time; I thought they were bad after the first trip.....they keep coming back!! I share your sentiments with I'll never stay off-site again, nor would I dream of going without the dining plan. Even when paying for it. it's value far outweighs the negative of losing the pre-paid tip and appetizer. We're dessert people, not appetizer people. And I'm rather glad they took the tip out-99% of the time the service we received was poor at best-the CM's attitude was "we get a tip no matter what-why work harder when we don't have to?"! I see you've got another ticker started-good for you!! It helps so much to be planning another trip! |
