| Another great update  I remember Monchichis from when I was a little kid  I know I'm bad, but I even remember the commercial...Monchichi Monchichi, oh so soft and cuddly  Glad everyone is enjoying the eats  You were so close to the Kidcot station. If you kept walking thru those doors, it should have been on the left inside the section that has the tin toys  Oh well, there's always next time

| What a fun afternoon at Epcot! It sounds like you got lots of good snacks from the F&WF! We actually threw our Bimbo's away  , I feel bad now. Two of us got Churros and after eating those we thought the Bimbo's were too hard and cruchy. Hurry back!

| We arrived at the PoP century and we were all ready to take a nap except for Kaia. So I put on the Suite Life of Zack and Cody and laid down I took about a 15 minute semi nap…and then woke up. I forced Kaia to take a shower…not an easy task she’s at that age where she hates taking baths or brushing her teeth …but she listened and opted for a bath. As soon as she got out Mallory jumped in the shower so I was able to blow dry Kaia’s hair …of course DH slept through all of this.  When Mallory got out of the shower we decided to tell Kaia her surprise for the night…. We told her tonight that she was going to eat with the Princesses…  She was soooo excited and really wanted to wear her Jasmine costume in case Jasmine was there….I didn’t see a problem with her wearing the costume tonight for the dinner and tomorrow for MNSSHP (get my moneys worth out of it) I got her all dressed and Mallory, Kaia, and I decided to head to the food court for a snack while DH took a shower and got ready. Mallory and I decided to split a cupcake we saw the day before that had our name written all over it…   the cupcake was even better than we thought it would be yuumo!!!  And Kaia wanted a sugar cookie…  We took our time eating and then headed into the gift shop… Of course we had to take the fun hat pictures…I think it’s a tradition for most families…   Look its our own personal Sleeping Beauty    Next I really wanted to buy Kaia a autograph book for tonight’s dinner…so she picked out the princess one with the place for pictures next to the autograph…and a princess ink pen. Ben met us soon after and filled his mug with coffee while we waited for the bus.  Soon we were off to EPCOT… We arrived at EPCOT and Kaia really wanted to ride Soarin again this time hanging her feet down…so we used our dream fast passes and skipped ahead off a 70 minute wait…Kaia loved Soarin a lot better this time now that she knew what was going to happen.  Kaia showing off her dream fast pass Next we headed over to the seas to ride Nemo…Kaia and Mallory hopped on a Clam-Mobile and Ben And I took the next one. ..Mallory let out a shriek when we got to the Jelly Fish part…when we got off the ride I asked her what happened and she said she wanted to be the first person to ever scream on Nemo…that’s my sister for you …  After Nemo I really wanted to ride Journey in to Imagination b/c I love love love Figment…Mallory of course made a sarcastic comment “Oh I guess were hitting all the thrill rides”…I ignored her and headed to the Imagination Pavilion… I love this ride it just makes me happy…no on else seemed as impressed as me with it…and I really didn’t care! I love it! After my Figment fix …we headed over to the WSC. We first went to the Mexico Pavilion which is one of our favorites. ..  We headed over to "Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros!" … This was our first bad encounter with Cast members on the trip….  We were the only one in line …just us 4 we walked to the front of the line and the two CM’s a guy and a girl where laughing and joking and all though they saw us waiting they never boarded us…until I asked one of the CM’s if we could be boarded….to which both CM’s laughed at us in a way that made me feel stupid and embarrassed the finally boarded us on a handicap boat so none of us could actually sit next to each other… I know it seems like this shouldn’t have bothered me but when your used to the high standards of Disney professionalism this kind of stuff bothers you…   After the ride when we disembarked the CM’s were still whispering in each others ear and laughing… Whatever!! Lets go to Norway!!!  In Norway we saw there was a 40 minute wait for the Maelstrom so we decided to use our dream fast passes again and bypassed the line…. This ride frightened Kaia because of the trolls …we bypassed the movie at the end b/c we had to check in for our dinner reservation at Akershus. It was 7:00 PM and our reservation was at 7:15. Up Next…We have no reservation under that name?!?

| As soon as we exited the Maelstrom I put Ben in charge of Mal and Kaia while I got in line to check us in at Akershsus. It was very busy outside this restaurant with large families waiting to be seated…it was very intimidating but I waited my turn there where 3 people ahead of me. As soon as it was my turn in line a women jumped in front of me to see if her and her daughter could go into the restaurant just to meet Belle..…I was aggravated …It’s not that I didn't want this little girl to see Belle but her mom cutting in front of me in line and then wanting to experience something I was paying for free of charge…kind of irked me…she made a scene and they escorted her inside to meet Belle…Finally it was my turn in line… I said “Reservation for Maria Martin for 4 at 7:15 PM” A little time passed and she could not find it…I thought about it for a bit…. “it may be under Benjamin Davis” I said …never thinking I would put it under my husbands name but maybe. “There is no reservation under either of those names” she said. and then a couple of minutes later she said “could it be under Maria Davis?” That was our reservation. I don’t know what I was thinking when I made that reservation b/c I have never officially changed my last name but apparently that day when I made the reservation I was feeling like a Davis…any who…I was directed to wait and they would call us soon. I gathered the troops who were of course looking a at a cart full of princess stuff across the way…as soon as they made there way over we were called inside. As soon as we were inside we were directed to a line to get our picture taken with Belle…she was really gorgeous in her yellow ball gown and resembled Kelly Clarkson …Mallory and Kaia got a picture with her before we were seated . As soon as we were seated our waiter Per Christian was very helpful with the menu…for our drinks of course the Kaia and Mallory wanted the Pirates Punch b/c it came with a glowing Tinker bell or captain hook I agreed to purchase this for them…Mallory got the Captain hook and Kaia got the Tinker bell. Ben ordered the Carlsberg Draft Beer And I had the The Oslo A creation from the capital city, this frozen fruity favorite combines Strawberries with Crème de Banana, Linie Aquavit, and Vodka Ben and I loved our drinks…  but Kaia and Mallory didn’t really like there’s but agreed it was worth it just for the light up trinkets.  We were all directed to the buffet for our appetizers… Mallory, Ben and I had the smoked salmon, green salad, and a couple of other things that looked familiar. Kaia opted for a scoop of tuna salad and that was it. When Per Christina returned we were ready to place our order for our entrees Ben ordered Baked Salmon topped with spicy mustard. Mallory ordered Pasta Akershus I had the Pork Loin. And Kaia had the Cheese Ravioli served with cheesy cream sauce. After we ordered one of the servers brought over the package which included the picture Mallory and Kaia had taken with Belle…the picture of course came out really good…but I told the guy to give us a second to think about it…it was right around $30 for a big pic and 4 smaller ones…Mallory and Kaia really wanted the picture so we agree to all chip in $10 and get it…I am glad we did b/c we gave my mom the big picture when we got home and she loves it.  After we ordered the fun started…we were the second table that all the princesses came to..b/c were sitting right next to the door.  Mallory sees Ariel coming out of the door... Mallory was really excited b/c the Little Mermaid was the first to come out…she was really pretty and nice.   Next out was Alice and even though she is not a princess she was all of our favorite character by far…  She asked Kaia what her favorite ride was today and Kaia answered test track… Alice told us a long story about how her and the Mad Hatter had a tea party on test track and the tea and jam got all over so she’s not allowed to go on that ride anymore…. It was great interaction…. Next out was Jasmine…Kaia got really excited…  Kaia was wearing a bracelet with little eyes on it…(Mallory bought it for her somewhere in EPCOT that day) Jasmine asked her about her bracelet ..and asked if the eyes help her look out for the evil Jafar…Kaia just blushed to star struck to talk… Cinderella came out last and was not much of a conversationalist but we were thrilled to see her none the less…Unfortunately the picture I got of her and the girls looks like she had one to many champagnes…   Kaia showing off Cindy's autograph When she left we all dug into our food… Mallory loved her pasta and my pork was very good…  my pork was the only entree i took pictures of. Ben was not a big fan of his salmon but I tasted it and really liked it… Kaia took a couple of bites of her ravioli but was to excited to finish her entire meal. Next up was desert… Mallory and Ben loved the Cappuccino cheese cake…while I really liked the princess cake…the Traditional Rice Cream was little weird for us but not bad just different.  Because there was nuts in all the desert in some way (and Kaia's allergic) she got a Popsicle.  Next I am just not meant to see Illuminations ….

| Great updates....Kaia seemed to enjoy her Princess Dinner...she looked so cute with Jasmine. Bimbos are great...they actually make a huge selection of cookies and cakes. They sell them in a couple of stores by my house and my kids will actually chose those over hostess a lot of the time... The have chocolate cakes...and what I love the best is the chocolate cookies, they are very much like Oreos but the chocolate just had a great taste...they are so many too chose from... Can't wait to hear more...

| By the time we finished up our desert at Akershus it was 8:45.…so I sent Mallory, Kaia ,and Ben to scope out a decent spot for Illuminations while I took care of the bill. This ended up taking longer then I though it would…it took Per Christina about 20 minutes to separate the bill and the alcohol bill and then pay them…the entire time I was getting a little nervous about missing Illuminations which I have not see since 1995. During this 20 minute wait I witnessed a dad yell at his daughter (who looked five ears old) b/c she wanted to take the gummy bears from her desert with her…he really yelled at her making a scene our whole section of the restaurant was very uncomfortable with it…his wife tried to calm him down “I heard her tell him to calm down that he was just exhausted”. Yikes! Just then I heard the fireworks going off outside so I hurried up a signed the bill and called Ben …the were between Norway and China standing in the back. I headed out and Kaia and I sat on the ground and watched the fireworks… I didn’t get the whole feel for the show b/c we were so far back…but maybe next trip. Kaia really liked watching the fireworks…so not all was lost. We let most people clear out before we started to walk to the front of EPCOT…this was a big difference between how Ben and I tour and how Mallory wanted to tour… We take our time when heading out of a park at closing b/c we know the beast of a line there will be at the bus stop…Mallory on the other hand wants to run to the bus stop. She got aggravated with us a lot about this…OH well! We made our way slowly around the WSC taking pics along the way…   When we got to the bus stop there was a line in front of us…and we knew we would have to stand if we made it one the bus this round … Mallory went stand in line and Ben and Kaia and I relaxed on a bench outside the line…Kaia decided she wanted to do a photo shoot in her Jasmine costume.    The bus rolled up soon and we decided we had enough energy to board it even if we had to stand up. When we returned to the POP Century Kaia and I got hot chocolate in our mugs and then we went to the gift shop…Kaia was able to pick out 2 pins b/c she rode Mission Space and Test Track…she picked out baby Minnie mouse pin and a pin that was pink mouse ears with three princesses on it…I also got her a pink princess lanyard. We headed back to our rooms and everyone got ready for bed while I took a shower. When I came out we decided that instead of going to Magic Kingdom in the morning we would got to Animal Kingdom instead…which meant my breakfast at Kona Café was canceled…but I decided to put it on the list for next trip. I set the wake up call for 6:30 AM b/c I wanted to eat breakfast at the food court and then lights out and everyone was sleeping…No Break downs tonight thank goodness!!! Next Up JAMBO!!!!

| Loved the update....sorry you got stuck in the back for the fireworks but Kaia enjoyed them so that was good...seeing a child's happiness is sometimes better then the actual event... Great idea for stocking stuffer...if you have a problem finding them PM me...I am sure I can back up a few and mark fragile and send them UPS
