| You lucky duck, staying at the Beach Club. My family, including two grandparents and four children 11, 7, 5 and 1, stayed at BCV last January in a two-bedroom villa. It was awesome! Can't wait to read about your adventures; and don't worry about the 3 year old; once you get to WDW, the magic will begin and he won't know what hit him!

| Days 5 & 6 Day 5: Sunday 12/9/07 The Plan: Sleep In (A little). We won’t be heading to a park this day until late afternoon. We’ve got a breakfast ADR at Ohana’s. Originally, we planned to go to 1900 Park Faire for breakfast and didn’t have any ADRs at Ohana. I was really disappointed and felt a nagging urge to try to fit something in. In the end, we decided to cancel our Chef Mickey dinner ADR and schedule 1900 Park Faire for dinner. Thus, we had a breakfast open and I was able to schedule the Ohana Character Breakfast. DS likes Stitch, Mickey and Pluto (don’t ask about Lilo – she’s a girl!AM: After breakfast, we’ll be doing some resort hopping. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing the Grand Floridian decorations – especially the gingerbread house. When we’ve had our fill of resort hopping, it’s off to Downtown Disney. We’ve never managed to make it to DTD on any of our trips and are looking forward to at least checking it out. Late Lunch: Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck's Express – I know both of these are supposed to be really yummy. EoS is supposed to be really busy, but has a fast moving line. WPE is TS quality on a CS credit. We just can’t decide… PM: This night is evening EMH at Disney Hollywood studios. Hopefully, we’ll be checking out the Osborn Spectacle of Lights, grabbing a quick bite to eat at Pizza Planet (Possibly take it to go so that we can line up for Fantasmic! 2nd show. We aren’t really concerned about getting excellent seats. We’d like to sit towards the back (doesn’t matter if it’s off to the side or in the center). Ideally, we’ll find a spot that’s got access for an easy get away in case DS decides he’s not feeling IT! - - or for getting out of the stadium ahead of the crowd. DS has watched most of Fantasmic! on line and isn’t scared at all (however, we aren’t sure how he’ll react to the fireworks. His sensory issues have developed just in the last year and we haven’t taken him to any fireworks since they started.) At home, DS loves to play "slay the dragon" with Daddy and really enjoys that part of the show on-line - so, we'll hope for the best. We’d also like to check out (even if just briefly) the Playhouse Disney Dance Party. I’ve just recently read about this and it sounds pretty cool. We’ll try not to stay out too late this night as we have another EMH planned for the morning. Yawn!Day 6: Monday 12/10/07 The Plan: EMH at AK. Top on our list are Kilimanjaro Safari, Nemo & Friends Musical, Lion King Show, Maharaja and Pangani Trails, conservation station, and maybe EE ( I love coasters, but am not too keen on rides with a “boo” factor – if we decide to ride, we’ll get FP’s and trade off riding while the other one watches DS play in The Boneyard or riding Tricera Top Spin.) Lunch: Anandupur Local Café – I was so happy last week when the menu for this CS restaurant was listed. I love Crispy Honey Chicken and DH loves Kung Pao Beef. They even have DS’s favorite on the menu -- cheeseburger. Since there seem to be some drawbacks (small seating area, not a lot of shade/weather protection), we’ll keep Flame Tree BBQ in mind as our backup. Sometime in mid afternoon, once we’ve decided we’ve done enough to make us happy, we’ll head back to the BC for our break. I’m hoping that the weather will be nice enough and DS will be rested enough during one of these breaks that we’ll be able to squeeze in some Storm Along Bay time. We’re bringing the suits and towels – so if opportunity presents itself we’ll be ready. PM: You guessed it – we’re off to Epcot’s World Showcase again this night. We’ll be enjoying the American pavilion (we probably won’t catch the American Adventure on this trip – we love it, but are pretty sure DS will never sit still past the first 5 minutes.) We’ll also be checking out the UK and Canada pavilions. I’d like to try to catch a performance by Off Kilter – we’ve never managed to make it to a set, but have heard lots of positive reviews. Dinner: Liberty Inn (Nice and simple – not too busy). If we get a craving for something else we see, we’ll play that by ear. At this point, we should have had plenty of time to enjoy most of the World Showcase (as much as we’re going to on this trip anyway) and will be venturing a little farther from our home resort in the evenings.) Coming up: Days 7 & 8

I'm so looking forward to the CP. One of my favorite things about Christmas is going to Christmas Eve service and listening to all the wonderful music and seeing our choir all dressed up. I'm imagining that the CP will be like that...only times 1,000% greater and grander. Look for details about it when I get day 9 posted in a few days (hopefully!)

| Days 7 & 8 Day 7: Tuesday 12/11/07 The Plan: By this point, we’ve seen most of WS, but none of Future World, so this morning we’re off to AM EMH at Epcot. There isn’t too much for 37 ½” tall DS in Future World. A definite must-see, however, is The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Even before the refurbishment and re-themeing, The Seas was always one of DH and my favorite parts of Future World. DS loves the aquariums at Sea World and so I’m sure we’ll be spending quite a while enjoying the exhibits offered. I love Turtle-Talk with Crush, but both times we’ve tried to take DS to it, he’s gotten fussy (on both times, Crush asked the audience if they could hear the squealing baby dolphin and then told us to give “that little man a churro.” We’ll try it again and see what happens this time. Not sure about visiting The Land. I think Living with the Land is too long of an experience for DS and the Circle of Life movie would go right over his head. DH and I have ridden Soarin’ at DCA plenty of times that we don’t mind missing it at WDW. I think Ellen’s Energy Adventure is out because of its length and darkness. DS is too short for TT and DH hates the pre-show area. So, I might ride TT as a single rider while DH and DS check out Club Station Cool and maybe explore Innoventions a little. DH has the same sinus/inner-ear problem on Mission Space that he does on TOT, so I’ll probably be running by to do this one by myself as well. Lastly, we’ll be checking out the Imagination Pavilion to see what DS thinks about Figment. Lunch: for Lunch today, we’ll be trying to head over to Beaches & Cream as early as possible – preferably when they open. We’re paying oop for this TS – it’s definitely not worth a TS credit and I didn’t want to save a credit for it in case our plans change. Since we are planning on getting our own desserts (DH likes fruity toppings and I’m all about the NO WAY JOSE!), DH and I will be splitting a cheeseburger for lunch. After lunch, it’s a short walk back to the room for the most important break of our vacation. We’ll be up late on this day for the MVMCP and will definitely need our rest! Dinner: We’ve got an early dinner ADR at Tony's Town Square. DS loves spaghetti and also the Lady and the Tramp movie – so hopefully he’ll really enjoy dinner. PM: MVMCP: We’ll be focusing on shows, parades, special events, fireworks and generally anything we can’t do during normal park hours. If DS hasn’t had an opportunity to have a Santa Claus M&G, I thought this might be a good time for it – that is unless the line looks like it will make us miss the rest of the party. We’re going to try to see the first parade and will therefore be flexible on parade seating. We’ll probably be looking for something in the Frontierland area about 30-45 minutes before the parade and hope for the best. If it doesn’t work out, we’ll go see more shows and try again for the 2nd parade. I’d love to be on our way back to the BC by 11:30pm at the very latest – hopefully closer to 11pm. We’ll also be checking in with DS often and watching for signs of party burnout! When that sets in, we’re out of there. Day 8: Wednesday 12/12/07 The Plan: DS and myself will be SLEEPING in late this morning. DH will be up very early. For his birthday, I arranged for him to do the Segway Tour at Epcot. I originally planned a later tour, knowing a) he’ll be tired and b) the IG isn’t open for the early tours. When DH did some research of his own, he decided he’d like to do the early tour. During the 2nd hour of the tour, the participants get to ‘Segway’ all over the World Showcase. During the early tour, the World showcase is still closed and thus mostly deserted – DH would rather get to experience a deserted WS than sleep in. Okay! It’s his present! Lunch: Electric Umbrella or Sunshine Seasons (DH and I went to the CS that was in The Land back in ’99 – not sure if was still called Sunshine Seasons or not – we liked it and I’ve heard a lot of great things about the quality of food at Sunshine Seasons, but when looking at the menus, it appears as though DH, DS and myself will all want things from separate counters. Rather than waiting in line 2-3 times for lunch, we may just give Electric Umbrella a try since we’ll be right there in Innoventions anyway. After lunch, we’ll try to check out anything else we still want to visit in Epcot and then it’s back to the BC for our break. Dinner: 1900 P.F. at GF – I’m hoping we’ll enjoy this dinner. Back when I made the ADR, the reviews were very positive, but since re-opening post-refurbishment, they aren’t so great. I’m also hoping that Cinderella’s step-sisters and step-mother don’t freak out DS. His favorite characters in Cinderella’s story are the mice – so I was sad that they didn’t return to the character dinner. I’ve heard that the step-sisters are loud and funny – so hopefully he gets a kick out of them. PM: MK, Spectromagic Parade – We plan to get a warm funnel cake to share and sit and enjoy each others company while waiting for the SM Parade to start. If DS is up for it, we’ll check out what rides have short lines and do some touring, otherwise, it’s off to the busses and back the BC for bath time/bedtime. Next up: days 9 & 10
