My plans -

Feb 29 - Friday
Bail on work 2 hours early and jump in the car. My garment bag and suitcase will already be in the trunk. The garment bag will have all my suits, etc for the conference I am attending in Orlando the following week - and the suitcase is my weekend clothing.
3pm-6pm - Drive to WDW
Check in at OKW - get bags in room and settle in a bit
730pm - Dinner at Artist Point.
900 - maybe see the Electric Light Parade?

Saturday - March 1
Slow start to the morning. Maybe a workout - maybe not.
10am - Breakfast - Kona Cafe
1200 - Massage at the spa at Saratoga Springs
Back to OKW to read my books, veg in the sun and soak in the hot tub
740pm - Dinner at Flying Fish
MAYBE stick my head into EPCOT for a bit after dinner - Maybe
Thinking ok heading to PI to visit the AC... we will see how tired I am

Sunday -
9am - Breakfast at Boma
DTD for shopping
Lunch at Beaches and Cream
2 or 3 pm - check out and head to the Hilton Garden Inn to check in for the conference

There is a social Sunday evening for conference attendees - which really translates into work and networking

Tuesday night - dinner at Jiko with colleagues.

I wish I could have found a way to stay on property during the conference - but it is downtown, and I could not get a room at per diem (and you know I tried)... so I had to pick my back up - a hilton family hotel (repeat after me - Italy 2010... Italy 2010).

Your plans sound wonderful Terri! I can't imagine being at WDW without going to the parks, but then I live 1200 miles away - not 150.

I can sympathies with work travel it can really get you down. But boy am I jealous of your trip Orlando with added me time. I can't complain too much as i have been sent to some wonderful places and I learnt very quickly to add a couple days on at the beginning - my excuse was to I had to acclimatise . Well I live in the UK so my trips take me aboard

Your plans sound great. You are, of course, the envy of lots of people here. Especially those who are experiencing typical winter weather. Looking out my window I see it's snowing. In my head I see a figure in a hot tub, wish it were me, but I think it's you!!!

Here's hoping that you have a very relaxing time at The World, Terri. (Although, I couldn't imagine not trying to see fireworks every night!)
