| Forest seems quite sociable. The safari looks like a lot of fun. Your pictures came out great!

| Awesome pictures! I have never been to BG, but I got to feed a giraffe last summer at the Colorado Springs Zoo. It was very cool! (But I definitely only used my hands for feeding!

| Wednesday 19 December – part five: a wonderful thank you We carried on the animal theme and walked through Edge of Africa, where we had some wonderful action from the lions. None of the sitting on the rock that you get at the Animal Kingdom. Oh no, these guys were much more alive. Mind you, it could be something to do with the fact that they were about to be fed. It made for some great photos: Then we moved on to the hippo pool and found them, after much looking, hiding behind the fish. There were some other residents in this area as well: Once we were done with Edge of Africa, we set off to explore the rest of the park. Our tour took us to the entrance of the park. Around this time, we started wondering where Mark’s family were. We had all come to Busch Gardens Tampa on the same day and they had called not long after we arrived to say that they were here and were going to do some rides with the kids, which was fine with us, as it allowed us to spend time with the animals, but we hadn’t heard from them since then. I sent them a text message and literally about 20 seconds later, we saw Dave and Barb sitting at the Zagora Café. They weren’t sure where Anne, Sean and the kids were, but fortunately they texted us back, so we set off in their direction, with Barb on her ECV, way ahead of us all. I tell you, she was pretty speedy on that thing! On the way, Mark ended up with a new addition to his hat collection: We met up with the others in Land of the Dragons and the kids were having an absolute blast in there. It’s a fun place, if you have younger members of the family and definitely somewhere you should bring them. We were really touched when Hannah gave us a thank you letter to say thanks for all we had done for them. It was made on paper that they created at Epcot and it was beautiful. A really lovely gesture and one that we will have a prominent place on our fridge in the future. Next: don’t leave me!

| Those lion pictures are great, how awesome to see them moving about like that! I'm glad the kids are having fun, mine were little when we went to BG Tampa and they loved the Land of the Dragons too.
