With Avis cheaper than Alamo, I've been out of touch for a while! I'm glad you got the car out of the way, though. It won't be too hard to swallow with the extra day and upgrade. More room for Floor Foot Frannie to stretch out in!

Glad you're back! We missed you!

I'm glad you were able to find a less expensive rate at Avis! Waiting for more changes!

Yeah and they will go higher i am sure since Orlando Airport is allowing car rental companies to add a fee for the expansion of the parking garage!

i have no experience with car rental, so if you say it's not a great deal, then i agree. $24 a day seems a little high (and don't you pay for milage and gas? again, absolutely NO experience with rental cars, so i believe what i just said is completely wrong.)
Glad you enjoyed the Cheesecake!

The Car rental includes the miles, and the car for that time but we will pay for the gas separately because they usually charge more for the gas then the closest station to the airport does!

I think its back to where it used to be before tourism slowed down, when they were stuck with a lot of vehicles and would discount the price to get people to rent cars.

Yes Floor Foot Frannie will have plenty of room to drive from the back seat "Ok amy turn right in 1/3 of a mile, get in the right lane Amy...." Blah blah blah

WOOHOO another mudslide lover in the house!!

Come on Aimers, can we get a refill please?!?!

Your trip sounds like it's coming together, changes & all!! Sharon and I were both discussing yesterday how we'll probably be upgrading to AP's ourselves on our trip-so I hope the AP with dining package is one that Disney will continue to offer.

Hurry back with more!!

Update 3/28

For our Mudslide loving Passporters a 2nd round this update!

Let us partake in some delicious snacks as well ...
Some breakfast items

Trivia Time: Guess what Attraction I am.....
1. I'm in a land that has many sights, I really take you to all new Heights you might think your feet might get wet...but don't you fret a fireworks show in Disneyland is the ending you get!

2. I give many tours to new guests and regulars, but our guides get a lot of laughter. It says its an open house to find members, but say an oath and take a drink and who remembers. All I can say is Kungaloosh!
3. I have lots of fans you see, the good guy tries to get out of the city. Forwards, backwards, and on my side, the action that goes on you wouldn't want this to happen on your front lawn! I have a director and camera men who like to capture ...all of this fast action adventure!
These are all in just good fun....Hopefully they aren't too corny or too hard!

Now onto the show!

When we last left off, I believe it was the rental car details so that would brings us to..... hmmmmm lets see Airfare...Check...Hotel...Check...Rental Car...Check....oh yeah Food! Who doesn't like food? not me!

I'm a foodie at heart I enjoy spending time, over each course, talking with friends and family and savoring every morsel of food. Well here is the catch.... I'm PICKY about what I EAT!!!

With Grandma joining us this was going to be great, we could show her some of our favorites and also try some new choices!

Since I don't want to have to post 15 threads about all the CHANGES I made to this list and trust me there were many, some added, some removed but this is our semi-set (notice i won't say fi...ok well i still can't) list if any change I will post again!

So Our Choices for dining and our dining Schedule:

May 12th- Arrival Day - Concourse Steakhouse *Dinner*
May 13th- Ohana's *Dinner*
May 14th- 1900 Park Fare *Dinner*
May 15th Kona Cafe *Dinner*
May 16th -P&PP night- Chef Mickey's *Dinner* unless we cancel this May 17th- Le Cellier *Dinner*
May 18th- My Birthday- Spoodle's *Dinner*
May 19th- Tusker House for Breakfast
May 20th - Teppan Edo *Dinner*

Dinner at Chef Mickey's is not set in stone, we only have a party of 2 booked from when Grandma was NOT going with us, and we are trying to get a party of 3 in but with the P&PP going on that night I am doubtful. We may try for something else, earlier in the day at a different restaurant but we will keep trying for now!

Some pretty great choices if I do say so myself! A HUGE THANK YOU to Marisa for helping me get all the ADR's I need, and for putting up with my Changes!

UP Next.... Its a suprise

I am about the world's worst person at trivia so I will leave it for someone else! I confuse myself just reading the questions! Anyway, your dining plans sound wonderful! I really hope Chef Mickey's works out for you!

Thanks for the Mickey waffles!

Hey Aimers? Is that supposed to be a mudslide? All I see is a picture of a warning of not sharing files!

I would think you'd be able to get Grandma to Chef Mickey's with you-each time I've eaten there I've never seen something smaller than a 4-top. I could be wrong though.
I see you're also having a final meal @ Concourse Steakhouse-isn't that a shame that we're losing such a fine establishment?

I wish you were coming down just a few days earlier than we could meet in person.....what a riot that would be.

I'm not even going to try and touch the trivia because I haven't got a clue.

May I have another mudslide now? BTW-you're the hostest with the mostest!!
