| Saturday, Feb 9th, Part Three ~ Evening To review, we had started out our afternoon at DHS and wanted to see Ariel as our first attraction. Once it was over, we left the Little Mermaid show and head over to Playhouse Disney. What a great show! Serena loved seeing all her favorite Playhouse Disney characters. The CMs did a great job of interacting with the crowd while we waited for the show to start. When it was over we realized we were starving. I hadn’t made any ADRs for our first day because 1) I wasn’t sure which park we were going to start off with and 2) I didn’t want to be tied down to any ressies on our first day. Pizza was a logical choice, so were off to Pizza Planet. It was perfect! The weather was pleasant (compared to the 12° back home in Michigan. The sun was just starting to set and we found a great table out on the patio. Either the pizza was delicious or we were too hungry to care. It didn’t matter. I was just glad that everyone was having a good time so far. After dinner I thought it would be fun to see the Muppets 3-D and there was no line, so we walked right in. I recall seeing this with my parents and sisters and thought it was hilarious. I hoped it was still as good as I remembered. My DH and girls loved it! I’m glad Kermit and the gang did not disappoint. We walked out of Muppets and headed towards the Tower of Terror. By now the sun is gone and the park is all lit up. It looked wonderful! I knew that my DH wanted to try Tower of Terror, but neither of the girls or myself for that matter, were interested. The wait was approx 25 minutes and he didn’t feel like waiting. I told him we would walk around and window shop while he went, but I couldn’t convince him. He knew we would be back at the park in a few days so he said he would try then. By now the crowds were starting to stake out their seats for Fantasmic. I knew the girls could not stay up too much longer and everyone was still in a good mood, why ruin it. We decided to skip the show and head towards the exit. We took a few pics along the way and had to try a few snacks. ![]() Nothing like munching on sweet cotton candy while on vacation! ![]() With mom taking all the pics, I now know why they invented Photopass The boat ride back to the BC was pretty simple (sometimes I preferred it more than the bus). Of course, we had just missed our boat so we waited another 20 minutes for another to return ~ oh well! We were still having a good time, but the early morning wake-up (4:30 am) was starting to show on all our faces. We finally make it back to our rooms at the Beach Club. This is when I felt like our hallways were longer than usual ~ it never ended! In the back of my mind, I’m praying our luggage is there. Thank goodness all five bags made it ~ safe and sound. I quickly help the girls wash up and change and tuck them into their sofa bed. I think they were out within 5 minutes. ![]() I slowly unpack and get things organized. My DH asks if we have any early morning ADRs. I say no, nothing before 11:55 for lunch at Arkshsus Banquet Hall. Perfect! He’s out like a light. I guess our first day went well. No complaints and all smiles. |

| Isn't it wonderful to wake up in the morning with 12 degree temps and be at WDW by noon with 75 degree temp? I love BC and SAB is the best pool on property - in my opinion! I am glad your luggage arrived! Your first day sounds great! I am glad everyone had fun. Can't wait for more!
