| i will say we saw lion king on broadway and it was amazing!! i was in tears from amazement really. The show is great and interactive at the park and i really enjoy making the animal sounds*L* a little immature on my part but hey they tell you to*L* i remember being in love with prince eric on the little mermaid when i was younger...i KNOW he was a cartoon but he was hot*L*....but the guy in the show is never HOT...a little disappointing*L* So Mel have you started buying goodies for your trip???

| Mel - Your plans sound great...Your meal in France should be wonderful (I loved the food there...could not fit it into our June trip We are doing the Fantasmic Package at the HBD in June and we are so excited....the menu just looks so good .After reading some people's "short trips" I have come to realize that no trip is too short when you are at WDW...you are going to have a wonderful time. I think the Segway tour will be so much fun and after reading it on some other TR's it is something that I would love to try (so I am looking forward to hearing your review Can't wait to hear more...

Truth is- we went for 10 days in 2006 and did a lot of touring but not a lot of riding and experiencing-- Rob liked that just fine but I am a little more adventurous so I had a lot on the to-do list last year. This year, I want to have a general plan with some must-sees that we both want and thats it... I think it will service us better and we will have more fun with a combo of the two different trip plans.

| The-April-Shower-Bring-May-Flower-and-I-Could-be-in-Disney-this-Spring- and-don't-know-how-I-will-make-it-Until-November Update ![]() I know I have been neglecting my PTR lately, as far as updates go. Mainly because of my wallowing in the fact that if things had went a little differently this winter Rob and I might have been going to Disney this spring. I can't book my flights yet, not close enough to talk official ADRs, so here I am trying to get by day by day with a little dose of Disney. Once we get into April I will have a lot more fun things to plan and do, but since thats a couple weeks away I have been living vicariously through other people's trips! So what have I been up to? 1. Making Cinderella waffles for weekend breakfasts 2. Watching my WDW Planning DVD 3. Creating a "Disney World" tivo wishlist to record anything from a Princess cake competition on Food network, to the corney travel shows on Travel channel 4. Disney scrapbooking (so many cool cuttlbug dies and embossers for Disney trips or birthday parties) 5. Catching up on my TR reading on the boards and my Dis podcasts 6. Joined the Challengers to lose some wieght for my trip (at least I know I have plenty of time for that, right?) 7. Planting to seed to tell my mom we are officially going away for Thanksgiving 8. Watching Enchanted to try and see all the extras. The Blu Ray has a great special feature where you can play this trivia style game and unlock narration that gives you info about the hidden secrets-- totally got my sister into Enchanted as well! 9. Made a DVD slideshow of all our pictures from our trip this past July (totally got Rob excited for another trip-- finally) and 10. Trying to spread a little magic everyday On another note- want to here something awesome? Our TA works through Mouse Fan Travel and because we booked in March we get a signed copy of the Walt Disney World trivia book! Sweet deal, right??? And another sweeter deal- tomorrow is the last class for the Master's class I have been taking! Yay!!!!! Happy April everyone! Remember the showers bring flowers (see that paying a little homage to my original PTR :::::Next Up::::: A Bad Day and a Broken Mug! ![]()

| You certainly have been busy! I like how you are keeping the magic alive! Can you upload your DVD slideshow to YouTube so we can all see it!?!?

| Mel - I must tell you how much I love your spirit and ethusiaism...you are happy even when things are down and that is so great...you even lift up my moods... I must say that as I just finished a 30 page paper for my Masters class I was so beat...and I am really burnt out but after reading that you finished you class today...it made me realize that I have three classes to go and then I am done....so I think you for putting a smile on a very tired face

| Congratulations on your Master class...very impressive. DH and I are starting to plant the seed that we may be in WDW for Christmas this year...which is a tough one for all families involved....we always do what i like to call the Christmas day shuffle which includes x-mas eve at MIL's, x-mas day at my moms and dads, and x-mas night at FIL's...its been so hectic DH and I thought about skipping that madness and having some Disney madness instead! Also I bought Enchanted this weekend and watched it with niece who loved it as much as i did the first time i saw it. I made my niece a scrapbook of our last trip as well as a DVD slide show set to Disney music ...she it...its such a nice keepsake....what program did you use to make ya'll DVD?
