I am so happy too! I have wanted to be a teacher since I was like 7 and a Social Studies teacher since I was like 11 so there was never a question for me, and it was hard for me to understand how frustrated he was that he never wanted something like that. I am so glad its over, and proving to me that there is no storm we can't weather!

Thanks, and BTW, I loooooooove your signature pic! Our last trip I ASKED the photopass photog if he could do a Tink picture and I was so sad that he said they weren't going to be doing it for the month we were there. We got one our first trip but I didn't order the photopass CD so all I have is a scan of the wallets we bought. Oh well, the point is I LOVE your pic!

Thanks and totally off topic-- how in the heck do you get the words in your signature to be next to your photo? I wanted to put my to the right of my picture and I just can't seem to figure it out!

I agree!... you do come up with such good titles! I am happy that we will be able to continue following your thoughts and planning processes as you design the perfect vacation... well... as perfect as can be expected.
Ya know? I think Rob knows you are going to plan a great vacation, so he just leaves that up to you... whatever it is, he's gonna be happy... we're like that sometimes.

I leave that all up to my buddy Rob (RobDVC). I like to think of him as my personal signature designer. Just PM him and he'll get you all set up. (sorry Rob )

No worries-- I am just a maniac who needs an outet for her excitement. Especially since I still have like... um... a really long time to go until our trip! I don't even know if I can consider this a PTR... it might have to be place in a new category of Pre Pre Trippies! Ahhhh 8 months away!

So here is my little O'Hana


Me aka Melissa aka Mel-- I am going to be 25 on Friday (Yay!) and teach Social Studies in the school I went to and met Rob at almost 7 years ago! I am obvi a lover of all things Disney, also am a sucker for American Idol (Looove David Archuleta this year!), haven't wore anything but Crocs for all of 2008 so far, find that the older I get the more excited about life I get yet have less true friends, and love me and Rob's big extended family to pieces!




Rob (Dbf) is going to be 23 on the 19th. He just started work at a Cable company. They are contracted out by Cablevision and he seems to really like it. I am really proud of him (did I say that already?) and couldn't be happier that I found him. He is fun and silly and has come to the dark, whoops, I mean croc side this summer buying a pair of men's caymen in the Orlando airport. He is the sweetest kindest person I know, loves working out, and treats me like a princess!




Liam, is our puppy- although since he is like 2 and a half I guess he isnt really a puppy anymore. He is a mix of Lab, Pointer, and probably some Beagle too. Two Octobers ago we adopted him, last October the three of us moved into our first apartment together.

OUR TRIP DETAILS!!!

Dates: November 26-30th 2008 (We will either be flying in Tuesday night or Wednesday morning... whatever is cheapest and easiest since I can't take any time off of work before a holiday break)

Hotel: Port Orleans French Quarter

Tickets: Magic Your Way plus Dining Park Hoppers

Parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and MGM...er... Disney Studios-- No Animal Kingdom for us this time (more on that in the future when we talk itineraries)

Other: I also want to Schedule a session with the Photopass Photog at Grand Floridian, and do Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party if there is a date during our trip- if not I want to go on the World Showcase Segway tour

I think that is plenty of details to start. We have a whole 2/3 of a year (ahhh its still 8 months away) to get down to it!
