Hi Mel-

I know I haven't posted alot to your threads but I just wanted to send supportive pixies for the troubles you & Rob are going thru with his job, career, etc.

I've been thru so many ups and downs and life just doesn't seem fair sometimes-just when things are going good and you're doing well something comes right along and yanks the rug right out from under you.

I just try to remember to take one day at a time.....and what doesn't kill me makes me stronger.

Hang in there!!

Question.....what is the photo opp thing at 1900 Park Fare that needs to be reserved in advance? How do you do that? We're planning on eating there as well and getting the photopass.
Yay! Another teacher! And Yay another Thanksgiving trip planner!!!

I've been here but just doing some flybys to read up on other threads. My Great Grandpa died Wednesday and things have been crazy. The services aren't until Tues & Weds, but I have been crazy at work trying to find a good sub- then trying to get some good plans ready- and now Rob has poison ivy which I am highly allergic to so I have to either walk around disinfecting everything he touches or basically be covered in it for a month (he has been a sport, scrubbing with fels naptha soap everyday and such but it still sucks). I tried to escape into my trip, however, now that flights are out there are no times and prices that are convient for me! I just can't win this week!

So as "KandJ" would say... I have been trying to disappear into my trip and can't seem to find good flights. I mean, I priced some different times and places to see how outrageous it was and I could go to DLR for that much money!!! I am considering pushing my trip back into December. (Whats one more month when you have like 7 to go as it is)! Soooo I need some advice only there was so much activity on the planning forum Cheryl was my only response last night! Please help!
Which Winter Holiday in the World?
You can see I am leaning towards the 30th to the 4th but I am skeptical of the first two uber busy days. Also, I noticed that Wilderness Lodge was not a huge leap from POFQ and wondering if anyone hand input on the two- a comparison? (Ahem... Amanda...lol)! Would it be way more fun to go with WL since I will have the extra month to save the money anyhow? How about at Christmas? Help me, help me, help me!

Well, at least I am getting my mind off my woes, right?

WDW is amazing at Christmastime! We've stayed at the WL - not over Christmas, but the photos of the holiday decorations are incredible! If you can swing it, I would definitely do it! (We're hoping to go this Christmas and our trips might overlap!! )

Thanks for the hugs!
I am def leaning more towards December now- I just don't know what I should do as far as which time frame, though. I just wish I could take off Friday the 19th, or I would be all over it. I am going to crunch some numbers later.

Have you been New Years Eve? Is it as crazy crowded as it seems?
We went from Jan 2-12 in 2006 and has NO CROWDS! It was gorgeous weather and walk ons the entire trip! But that was before my teaching days!
