| The only thing that eases the pain of a Princess Sharon TR ending is the prospect of a new Princess Sharon TR! I can't wait to read about your last day, and about your trip that's only 8 days away! (I would be , but I'm happy you go so often, so I can read about it!) Your meal at KC looked so good. I just love it there and can't wait to go back!

| This is what I think you should do. The three of you pick a favorite charity. Then you auction off the "right" to vacation with you. The winner gets her (his?) own room, pays her own expenses. The only "cost" to you is that you have to spend your valuable Disney time with this person. I would bid a lot of money to have a great vacation with such fun people like the three of you!

| Just caught up on your last couple of updates, Sharon! Fantastic pictures of the Holly Jolly Parade - we missed it on our last trip. I'm glad your enjoying your solo time - not that you would need it or anything, you know, after being 1/3 of the CLT for a few days. Yep, the fam damily and I were at Cosmic Rays and we did want you to come join us! I don't blame you for backing away slowly, though. Can't wait to hear about that last little bit of magic!

| Before I start, I have to make a confession. My notes inexplicably stop after I rode Snow White’s Scary Adventures this day (must’ve been frightened by the Wicked Queen Three months after the fact. So, much of this installment will be easy reading with lots of photos. ![]() Day Seven – Tuesday, December 11 Squeezing Out Every Drop of Magic I woke up early and packed up my stuff. I think I called Bell Services to come up and collect my bags. Or I brought them down. But I think I called. You’re probably thinking “Why is she so unsure? She should have notes pre-SWSA?” I went down to Roaring Fork(s) and got some apple slices with caramel dipping sauce, which has turned into one of my favorite WDW snacks. I enjoyed the apple slices while waiting for the boat to the MK. As we passed the Contemporary, I checked out the progress of the construction at the Contemporary. ![]() This was three months ago. So much has changed since then! I was at the MK before park opening, but I guess there wasn’t an opening show, because I don’t have photos of it. Yeah, I’ve got a bad memory. When I do the MK at opening (EMH or otherwise) I always follow the same plan: Fantasyland first, followed by SM. Which “SM” depends on the weather. ![]() When I arrived at PP, there was no line at all, so I think my way may even be a bit faster. I enjoyed my trip to Neverland, and considered going for another spin, but decided against it. I didn’t want to ride iasw, so next up was SWSA, which apparently scared me so much I couldn’t write notes for 3½ months. My mine car stopped right at the end, so I snapped a photo of Dopey waving goodbye.![]() The only other FL attraction I usually hit early in the morning is Pooh, but since I’d ridden it the night before, I decided to skip it. (Really, it was because I was alone, and this is the attraction where strangers inexplicably decide they must ride with me, even if it means leaving the rest of their family behind.) So with FL out of the way, my next choice should be obvious. “SM.” Well, sort of obvious. It was a warm, sunny day, so I headed to SPLASH Mountain. There was no wait, and I once again thought about the poor souls who have to wait in that long, long queue when it’s full of park guests. I mean, there’s a 5 minute wait when it’s a walk-on, but only because it takes you 4½ minutes to get there!I managed to stay pretty dry, and I figured the best way to completely dry off was a spin on the wildest ride in the wilderness! BTMRR was so much fun. I love how wild it is. When you ride alone, you really fly all over the seat! I generally prefer to ride the Jungle Cruise at night, because I think the experience is so much better after dark, but it had been a while, so I queued up. The experience may be better at night, but the photos come out better during daylight. ![]() Today’s special: two of his heads for one of yours ![]() My next stop was Pirates, which was a walk-on. I was ready for a treat, and in Adventureland, so naturally, I got a Dole whip. Actually, I had my very first Dole whip float. ![]() I enjoyed my Dole whip (enjoyed, inhaled, same difference ) and then went to visit the 999 Happy Haunts. I’ll say again how much I love the changes. ![]() I’d accomplished everything that was on my “MK to do” list for the day (MK “to do” list: Dole whip), but I wasn’t quite ready to leave the park for Epcot (Epcot “to do” list: kaki gori). I spent some time just enjoying my last moments in the MK. ![]() On my way out of the park, I passed the Dapper Dans, so I stopped for a bit and enjoyed the rest of their performance. ![]() I took the monorail to the TTC, and switched to the Epcot monorail. It wasn’t long before I was zipping through the no-bags entrance and into the park. Spaceship Earth wasn’t yet open, but a CM told me to check back later. ![]() For some unknown reason (even to me), I enjoy Ellen’s Energy Adventure a lot more than the average park guest. Maybe it’s the fact that she always compliments my hair, or maybe it’s the fact that I find “stupid Judy” to be comedy gold! There was, of course, no wait, but I snapped this photo before entering. ![]() I considered riding Soarin’ but I could see from the handy-dandy wait times board right near the Energy pavilion that the wait time was long, and the FP return time was too late, so I headed to WS. (This is where my memory really gets bad) I started in Mexico (and I didn’t have a margarita, so no cracks about that causing me to have vague memories of this afternoon). ![]() I spent a while in China, which is one of my very favorite pavilions (probably tied with Canada). ![]() I headed inside to see when Reflections of China was playing, but I think I’d just missed one or something, because I didn’t see it. I spent some time enjoying the Tomb Warriors exhibit. ![]() And I got a photo of the ceiling on the way out. ![]() I went on Maelstrom, which, considering I am a bit “skeart” of this ride as Scarlett would say, is quite noteworthy. I can’t really put my finger on why it’s scary to me, but for some reason, it really gets my heart racing! Luckily I didn’t have any zombie glowy-eyed teens on the ride with me like Jillybean did once, or I’d be scarred for life. ![]() I spent some time hanging out in Germany, ![]() Italy, ![]() and the U.S.A. I was hungry, so I grabbed a burger and enjoyed it in the Liberty Inn. ![]() Then I got my kaki gori, and completed my “to do” list for the day. ![]() I did a bit more wandering in WS before noticing the Friendship was at the dock in Morroco. I climbed aboard and enjoyed the ride over to FW. I slowly made my way to the front of the park and discovered that SE was open, so I of course went on it again. Obviously they thought Karen was riding with me again ![]() I’m looking forward to riding the “final” version of SE next week ![]() Back at the WL, I still had time before the DME bus arrived, so I spent that time getting photos. ![]() Once I could put it off no longer, I collected my bags and headed out to catch the bus to the airport. I noticed the horses being readied to go out on carriage rides. ![]() Up to this point, I was sort of ready to go home (well, as ready as I ever am), but this kind of made me sad, because I wasn’t going on a fun carriage ride, I was going on a dumb old bus to the airport. I sat down to wait for the bus, and this is the last photo I took.![]() The ride to the airport was fine, and I enjoyed the “farewell” video. I checked my suitcases, grabbed something to eat on the plane, and settled in at my gate. My flight was running about 25 minutes late (it usually is). The flight itself was uneventful, and I arrived home to frigid temperatures. ![]() Up Next: Final Thoughts and Ramblings ![]()

| Sounds like a perfect last day, except for the fact that it is the last day of course. I couldn't agree more about those early morning hours, they are my favorite time to tour! Can't wait for your final thoughts!
