All your plans look great! I love Spectromagic...i hum that song alot! I ate at Cantina de San Angel Inn this past September and was very impressed as I too love mexican food. I had the Nachos supreme and churros. It was VERY good. We also ate at Ohana for dinner. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of that resturant and if you have children I think they will really enjoy the activities they have for them at dinner. Cant wait to hear more!

Day 4 plans...

I am thinking of TRYING to get everyone up and out of bed by 8am... Let the kids swim from 9 til 10:30 again. Then head to DHS for the ENTIRE day.... I am thinking of trying Rosie's All American for lunch as our CS and then make sure to see the all new block party. Our ADR is for 4:50 at Hollywood & Vine with the Fantasmic Package. I am looking forward to seeing Fantasmic as this is the last time I will see it before I turn 33 the next morning. So what a way to bring in my birthday but with fireworks....

I am thinking of only staying at DHS til 11pm even though they have EMH til 1am. This way we can get up early for my bday breakfast the next morning but those details are still to follow.

Day 5 plans...

Ok Day 5 = MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!!!!!!!!!!

ok so we have an early breakfast at 9:05 at the Cape May Cafe at the BC. Then we are off to Animal Kingdom for the ENTIRE DAY!!! We will head to Kilimanjaro Safari's and let the kids and DH ride as last year I got tossed around too much for my own comfort. So this year am I am opting out. I will then finish touring Africa then head over to Asia. I want to do a few of the more subtle rides and hope for a good time. We will see the Jammin Jungle Parade at 4pm then grab dinner somewhere unless we decide we have had enough and grab something else where. BUT we HAVE to back at our hotel before 8pm so that way I can prepare the kids for their surprise of the Carriage Ride around our resort even though it is my birthday. They have no clue and I am completely surprised that I am keeping this a secret as long as I have so far.

UP NEXT: DAY 6

UPDATE::::: Ok so the kids are changing my first day plans... Even though we get to WDW early enough to go and enjoy ourselves, they want to stay and enjoy the pool instead. So we will stay at the pool until our room is ready then they WILL get out and go shower to get ready for our dinner at Trail's End. Then maybe I can coerce the kids to stay and enjoy the campfire while I head back to unpack the our things. If i get this done in time I will then go back and rejoin them at the campfire.

all sounds wonderful, but i think you will need/want more nap/swim time than what you are anticipating. i think it will all be doable. i loved hollywood and vine for my fantasmic pkg a few weeks ago.
