Thanks for all the great comments everybody!

DAY SEVEN
August 21st,2008

We’ll be rushing around this morning, as we’re looking to be at MK for EMH opening time of 8AM. We’ll be out the door of our villa by 7:30 in our attempt to accomplish this. Once at the Magic Kingdom, we’ll walk up Main Street and grab a PhotoPass photographer (or two) to take our picture. We’ll then make a left to Tomorrowland and grab some Space Mountain FastPasses before hopping in line for Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. Once again, Margaret will have the lowest score, despite me pointing out to her a few “choice” targets. This time, Joseph will win, followed by me, Nicholas and Margaret. We’ll take a loop on the TTA, definitely one of this family’s favorite rides; The boys will hop in their own transporter (if it’s not too busy) and Margaret and I will get in the car behind them. We’ll then take our ride on Space Mountain, me yelling “WOOOOOOOOO!” all the while. Upon exiting, the boys will begin begging to play some arcade games and I’ll try to persuade them out of it by suggesting a lap around the Tomorrowland Speedway. Nicholas will decide who he wants to drive with (this time it will be me), and then Joseph and Margaret will get in their individual cars while Nicholas and I settle in to our cockpit together.

We’ve had enough of Tomorrowland for this morning (I know what you’re thinking - how could we skip singing along at The Carousel of Progress? – we’ll be back here a few more times during this trip, so there will be a visit or two to the Great big beautiful tomorrow in store), and head over to Mickey’s Toon Town for a ride on Goofy’s Barnstormer and some character meets in The Judge’s Tent. We’ll probably head over to see the Big Cheese, too.

Once done there, we’ll head into Fantasyland, possible taking a spin on the Tea Cups, then over to Mickey’s PhilharMagic before setting sail on the happiest cruise on Earth, it’s a small world.

By now our stomachs are grumbling, so we’ll grab a counter service meal at Pinocchio’s Village Haus. Sharing an order of Figaro Fries is definitely on our list.

We’ll head over to Liberty Square next and visit the 999 happy haunts.
We’ll walk back towards the hub and catch the Dream Along With Mickey show before heading back to BWV.

When we get back to BWV, we’ll change into our swimsuits for an afternoon of swimming at the pool. When we’ve had enough fun in the water for the day, we’ll head back to our room and prepare dinner. After dinner, we’ll walk over to Epcot and do a little World Showcase touring prior to IllumiNations.

UP NEXT – A Wild morning and another IllumiNating evening.

I'm sure Margaret appreciates all the support and votes of confidence she's receiving from everybody.
It's hysterical how inept she is at hitting the good targets. Her and I are always cracking up during the ride because her score is so low. I'm really going to try to make sure she gets at least one of the big-scorers this trip, even if it means letting the boys sit with each other (not a good thing with their ultra-competitive blood) so I can sit with her and help her aim the laser.
..Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming.....

************
DAY EIGHT
August 22nd, 2008

We’ve got more definitive plans for today. Namely, two ADRs, one for breakfast and one for dinner.

Up first, is an 8am ADR at Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom. We’ll get up and be out the door by 7:30 once again, but this time we’ll hop in the car and drive over to the Animal Kingdom.

As the park doesn’t open until 9am, we’ll have to go through the pre-opening gate to get to our meal. One of the good things about having this early reservation is that the boys won’t be clamoring to finish up since we won’t be able to do anything in the park until 9am anyway. Margaret and I will have a nice relaxing breakfast. Hopefully the boys will be distracted enough by the characters so that they won’t mind sitting around “doing nothing”. I’m sure we’ll all try some Danish, some cinnamon rolls and some fruit. I’ll also sample the biscuits and sausage gravy, a few slices of bacon and a small piece of the vegetable frittata, while Margaret will almost definitely have a slice of the honey-glazed ham. Joseph will also have a muffin and may try the Yukon Gold potato wedges. Nicholas will have a little bit of everything.

When we’re finished dining, I’ll head over to grab FastPasses for Expedition:Everest and then meet up with the family at Kilimanjaro Safaris. We’ll ride stand-by there, then head over to Dinoland and give Dinosaur! A try….the boys HATE this ride (it’s way too noisy for them), but they’ve said that they’re willing to give it another shot, if only because I’m always laughing my head off when I walk off the ride by myself and meet them in the gift shop… We’ll then head over to Primevel Whirl and Triceratops Spin(if they don’t think it’s a “baby” ride) before climbing the world’s tallest peak. We’ll then head over to Kali River Rapids and get doused while we’re hurtling through the whitewater.

I’m not sure what shows we’ll be doing today, but I’m sure we’ll do at least one.

We’ll leave AK in the early afternoon and head back to BWV for another afternoon swim. We’ll grab a snack in the room before heading to the pool. After swimming, we’ll head back to the room, rinse off and get changed. We’ll grab a small bite to eat before heading over to Epcot, since we won’t be eating until 7:30.

When we get to Epcot, we’ll go see O Canada!, then catch a performance (either Off Kilter or The British Invasion), then head over to the Rose&Crown Pub for our 7:30ADR. We’re hoping for an outside table.

Once we’re seated at our outside table with a terrific view of the World Showcase Lagoon , we’ll order our meals. Joseph is a finicky eater, so we’ll ask if he can order from the child’s menu, if not I’m sure he’ll make do with the Tamarind-glazed Pork Loin. Right now, I’m eyeing up the Steak and Fish entrée, and I think Nicholas may give the Shepherd’s Pie a try from the children’s menu. I think Margaret will get the Pork Loin or the Herb-Roasted Lamb. I’ll have a Guinness (or three ) with my meal.

For dessert, while watching IllumiNations from our table , I’m going to have the Baileys Irish Coffee Trifle, and wouldn’t be surprised if Margaret has the same thing. The boys will be perfectly content with ice cream.

When IllumiNations is over, we’ll go grab EMH bracelets, because it’s an EMH Evening!!! We’ll then head towards Future World and see how manageable the stand-by lines are for Test Track and Soarin’. We’ll stay out as long as the boys want to, but we’ll remind them that we’ve got an early morning planned on Saturday.

Up Next: Early morning movie shoot.

Margaret....don't be shy! When you are at Soarin, down to the point where the CM tells you what line you go to - ask very nicely if it would be possible for you to have Row B 1 .........I have done this many times and I have always been allowed to go to that wonderful row of seats!
All of your plans sound great - I am really interested to find out if you get all of those things done at Epcot! (that first day there)
Your ADRs sound yummy!
Oh - and count me as another passporter hoping that Margaret crushes you guys on Buzz!!!!!!!!
