Alas, I am officially ready to posy my pre-trip report. I have to admit, I am a little disappointed in myself for posting this only 6 days before my trip.....I would have loved to have had it completed before but, as with most things in my life, there was constant change to my plans. None-the-less, the report is complete and ready to be shared with my PassPorter peeps.

So, for your safety please keep your hands, arms, feet and legs inside the vehicle at all times......and if you will now look below, you will see Blake's 9th Birthday at Walt Disney World Pre-Trip Report.

The Cast:

Heather: aka "Mommy". I am 29 years old, I work for AT&T:work:, I love making lists....for everything, everything has to be absolutely perfect when I plan Disney trips (everything has to be done on a schedule and in order), the love of my life is a mouse named Mickey. I have been to Disney more times than I can count on my fingers. I like to take my son to Walt Disney World each year for his birthday. I also take thousands of pictures while in the world, most of which many people never see because they get bored after the first 400. I get very upset when people aren't as enthused about Disney as I am, some people....they just don't understand. *sighs* I encourage everyone to go to WDW and have finally convinced my best friend to take his first trip with me in December....that's right, for MouseFest!!!!

Blake: aka, "The Kid". Blake will turn 9 on our trip this year. Yay for celebrating birthday's at Disney!! He is in the 4th grade and the of my heart. He loves sports (especially football and basketball), he likes music, swimming, and hanging out with his friends. I am turning him into a Disney fanatic just like me...of course, this is against his will. He refers to me as a Disney Freak or a Disney Dork, but that's okay. I see him singing along to the Disney World Soundtracks in the backseat of the car. I peek around the corner as he is reading something on All Ears and quickly shrinks the screen when he gets first sight of me. Yes, I am training my son to be a Disney Crazy person....just like me.


How It Started:
When I heard in February that free dining would be coming back, I put on my Disney Planning Hat , busted out the Disney books , and started thinking about another Disney Birthday for Blake. I thought I would take anvantage of the free dining since it is such an awesome deal. Because of free dining, we get to enjoy things we normally wouldn't and try places that we usually would only think about forever but not actually try. When the offer came out in April, I immeditaly called my favorite place on earth and made my reservation. Now we are just 6 days away from going home to Disney!!

When:
Saturday, September 6 through Sunday, September 14.

Celebration:
King Blake will be turning 9 on September 27th. This is actually after our trip but with school testing, I had to make the trip a little bit earlier than this. Blake is looking forward to getting his Birthday Button and getting the birthday cupcake at LTT. What an awesome way to spend your birthday.....in a place where dreams come true and magic is all around you!

Where:
From Saturday until Wednesday we will be staying at All Star Sports. On Wednesday we will relocate to Port Orlean's Riverside. Amazingly enough, this was an error on WDW's end and I was upgraded for free. I was shocked to say the least but I like the idea of being bumped up to a moderate resort.

Our Plans:
Saturday, September 6:
Arrive at MCO at 2:47pm. We plan on spending the day at the hotel and just hanging out. Later in the evening we have dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe. Originally we were doing the Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Laua but due to my flight time being changed, we aren't going to make it there in time.

Sunday, September 7:
EPCOT

Monday, September 8:
Hollywood Studios. Of course, if you know me at all, you know this will be my favorite day because in the evening, I will be watching FANTASMIC!!!! We have dinner reservations at Hollywood and Vine, this will be our first time trying this one!

Tuesday, September 9:
Magic Kingdom. We will be having lunch at Crystal Palace with Pooh and his friends! I can't wait.

Wedensday, September 10:
Animal Kingdom. This is another great night for me because I get to have dinner at Chef Mickey's!!!

Thursday, September 11:
Magic Kingdom. I love the Magic Kingdom. This evening we will be visiting LTT, one of my all time favorite Disney meals!!!

Friday, September 12:
EPCOT. We are trying out Biergarten for the first time, and very much looking forward to it! Not looking so forward to Illuminations without the globe but it's Illuminations, it can't be all that bad....can it?

Saturday, September 13:
Free day. We aren't too sure what we are doing today but I am sure it will be a great time. I am going to let this be Blake's special day and he gets to choose what we do. I am sure it will involve some putt putt at Winter Summerland but you just never know with that kid! lol

Sunday, September 14:
Unfortunately, we must leave on Sunday. As much as I would love to stay forever, I have to come home to return to work and send the boy back to school. Tears will fall as Blake will pry my tightly gripped fingers away from the bedposts.

So, there you have it. This is what we have planned for our trip to Disney next week. Please send us pixies for a safe trip with as little rain as possible and dodging the storms that have been towering over the area the past few weeks. Also during this trip I will be meeting up with Angela and her family to enjoy a parade or fireworks together! I'm very excited about meeting a fellow PassPorter!!

I'll post a trip report when I get home....and, who knows, I may even start it while I am gone just to keep everyone posted on what is going on with us. To the friends I leave behind, I will miss you all and I'll miss reading posts and helping with your Disney questions everyday. But, no worries, the trip will come and go before we know it and I will be back on the boards posting more stuff and hopefully planning my next trip. I'm crossing my fingers for a bounceback offer when I leave!! Wish me luck on that!

A free upgrade is always nice-When Disney overbooked the Coronado for our Honeymoon they bumped us up to the Beach Club. I definetley wasn't going to complain! We will be at the POR the 10th-15th too!! Maybe we will see you there!! We hope your son has a Happy Birthday!!!!

I am very much looking forward to the bounceback offer. I just read the thread you posted and, not gonna lie, I got really excited and I may or may not have yelled HOORAY very loudly.
