| Hollywood Studios 9-17-08 Hi everyone is is time for another update, hope u enjoyed the last one about Victoria and Albert's We have an adr for 50's Prime Time at 1:25 so today is our DHS day We went straight to Toy Story Mania to get a fast pass, our return time was 1 pm!! I was hoping it wouldn't make us too late for our adr, but we would see. After getting the pass, we went to the Backlot Tour. There wasn't much of a line yet and we were told we could come up and start a new line-which we did. Bossy and I were talking smack . There was 5 of us and they needed 4-Sarah said she didn't feel like doing it, so she stayed behind (although they gave her the front row viewing area later) and she was able to take pics and film everything (thank goodness since there is nothing they sale that shows u doing anything!). So, it was me, Bossy, Alex and Zach taking part in the show. They took us to the back area and had us put on these blue outfits and rubber shoes over our regular shoes. I kept giving Mark a hard time for picking on me and he said since I wouldn't leave him alone-I was now the MECHANIC It was time for us to make our debut, so off we went as they were introducing us to the crowd. I saw where Sarah was and I waved to her. The others were shown where they were gonna be standing and I was left with the announcer (forgot her name too ). She asked me my name and was telling me what I would be doing, she said for me to go sit in the chair and when it was time, she showed me the phone that I would need to help "my crew". Here is a pic of me in the chair in all my blue glory... . Let, the show begin and boy did it!! The explosions started and then I heard "the horn" and what did I do u ask? OF COURSE I LOOKED LEFT!!!!! A TON of water came crashing down on me and I was SOAKED!!!!! It was cold water too , and one of me being given my instructions as to where to sit . Here is one of all 3 of them and of the explosions . It was so much fun!! I am so glad I let Mark "talk me into" being in the show. We all loved doing it. After ours was over, when we walked to the back to get our "blues" off-Mark was telling us that we could get in the front row and watch the tape of us, then we could stay and watch the next show if we wanted. As we were leaving I pointed to Mark and told him to "come here", he said, "uh oh, am I in trouble?", I said no, I just wanted a picture . We watched "our show" and had Sarah video it just to be safe and then left. It was so funny watching me get drenched and the other running around being so "animated" and having a blast!! If u get picked for this GO FOR IT After that we went to see the Muppet 3D show, which of course is always so cute, here is a pic that I took-thought it was cute, it said "Tinkerbell's Prison" . Everyone but me rode the Star Wars ride, and then we went to see the Little Mermaid Show. By then it was (believe it or not) time to use our fast pass for TSM!! We didn't have to wait very long at all to get on. However long it took to get thru the way to cute que, was all it took. I rode with Sarah and she beat me bad , Bossy and Alex rode together (can't remember who won there) and Zach rode with a lady we didn't know, but he had fun and ended up beating her BAD and . I took some in the que and on the ride as well. They did a great job with all the fun things to look at. We didn't get on it again during our trip, but I am glad we got to ride it at least once-it was too cute. By now, it was 1:30, so we were late for our adr at 50's. We made our way over there and turned our name in. Bossy had never eaten here before and the kids didn't remember it, so they had fun walking around looking at everything. It was crowded Our waiter's name was Mark (I know another Mark , he said he had forgiven me for my potty mouth and chicken sandwich and chicken pot pie and meat loaf . All was very good and tasty!!! Here are the desserts....all the kids ordered hot fudge sundaes , I ordered the strawberry sundae and Bossy had the smores . Needless to say the desserts were to die for . Here is a pic of the kids with Mark. If u look at Alex's face-he had just told her to get her hand off his behind and she was embarrassed , it was a great time for all of us!! Just as we were getting out of lunch, the Block Party Parade was gong on, so we stopped to watch that-it was cute with all the Monsters Inc characters, Toy Story and The Incredibles too. Here are some pics of that... and and and 1 more . We then went to see the Indiana Jones show, it was good as usual. I started not to feel real good at this point, I was feeling a bad headache coming on and and and . I never got back to see the show-but they both said it was WONDERFUL!!! The also went to the Narnia thing (sorry), did Tower of Terror again, rode the Great Movie Ride again. Zach and Sarah had split from them and they rode the Tower of Terror and Rock-n-Roller Coaster, both several times each , Bossy had the flat bread pizza , Sarah had the lasagna (sorry it was almost all gone), can't remember what Alex had since she got it to go back to the room. It was a great day (except for the headache), we really enjoyed being in the show. Here are some pics I took while at DHS, enjoy....the Man himself , me and Alan Alda (I LOVE MASH!!) , Zach and one of his favorites, Bill Cosby . Mickey and a broom and some photo pass shots that were taken for us...Sarah and my crew and all of us with Stitch and my crew being silly and one more of me and the kids . After we ate, we walked around the resort and got some pics, walked on the Generation Gap Bride, sat down for awhile looking at the lake, then came back to the room to get ready for bed and set up the wake up call for the next day.The weather today was: sunny and beautiful!! The best thing about today was: lunch at 50's Prime Time The worst thing today was: me not feeling well The funniest thing today was: getting drenched during the show! Today we tried: Toy Story Mania and the result was: we loved it!! it was fun!! The most magical moment today was: getting picked for the Backlot Tour Show!!

| The best part about your trip report is how you are able to communicate how much fun you all had on your trip. Your children are such good sports. I love all the mugging for the camera. They look like typical teenage America. Of course, Alex is emerging into young adulthood. You and Bossy looked A-mah-zing for your dinner at the Grand Floridian. What a great friend you are to think of such a special way to celebrate Bossy's birthday. Right now I'm debating how I want to celebrate my birthday this year. Couldn't you upload the video of the Backlot Tour onto YouTube? YouTube makes it very easy to embed videos onto anywhere. I will have to remember to eat right before reading any more of your trip report. You always make me hungry with the descriptions and the pictures. I'm always thinking, "I could go for some cheddar cheese soup (or whatever you are featuring at the moment) right now". Keep it coming!

| Great TR, it's WAY fun to read! Your kids look like they are having a ball & I love how they take such great pics! I just recently added the 50's PTC to our ADRs- now I'm really excited since you've given it such a great review! Thanks!
