| As we Remember Our trip is almost over . . . we both go home to different places tomorrow. I go back to New Orleans and Brandon goes back to St Thomas, but there is good news. During the course of our trip Brandon was offered his old job back in New Orleans and now that his 6 mos is up in St Thomas, he can transfer home. He's going into work on Monday to put in his two week notice so that he can come back to NOLA! So this is a trip report . . . as we remember . . . and in reverse. We're going to start with our last day and work backwards . . . so that the wine evenings are freshest in our memory . . . we're more likely to remember exactly what happened this way. As for now . . . Artist Point kicked our butts . . . see what happens when you start the meal by ordering the $77 bottle of Pinot Noir and telling the waiter that you're a Chef at the Ritz Carlton St Thomas and a bartender from New Orleans . . . trust us . . . it didn't end badly! We're going to get some sleep before good-bye festivities tomorrow! Cobbler and ice wine are FANTASTIC!!
