| ![]() And dessert finally Thom got excited about his food that evening. He raved about the peaches! My key lime pie was absolutely delicious also! My wine flight was long gone, so I had also ordered some “liquid” dessert in the form of an espresso martini. Hands down, it was the best espresso martini that I had ever had. It was rich and creamy, but with enough of a punch to keep you from sucking it down. It also had enough caffeine to keep me going at MK EMH! When Mary Devall’s dessert came, Bob kept telling her to paint “I love Bob”. She ended up painting it on her plate and thrilled him to no end. ![]() He even had several servers stop by to see it which in turn thrilled Mary Devall to death. about Bob, Mary Devall just erupted into giggles and had to tell Bob what had happened. ![]() We even managed to have an "entertainment portion" of the evening. You know . . . the ole "here, try this" that every parent does to their children. ![]() All good things must eventually come to an end, so we paid our hefty bill (made a little less hefty with out TIW card), said to Bob and went on our merry way.![]() Up next . . . the shock of my life!

| I think evvery parent needs a 'Bob' to bring home with them. It sounds like you had a great meal with a great server. The family photo at the end is very nice too!

| That all sounds so yummy. I love the "painting" dessert. I must add this to my wish list for our next trip.

| I love your trip report. I especially think the photos at Cape May were adorable, and the painting of "I love Bob" was hysterical! Sound like a lot of fun times and yumy foods were had. I am glad that your sinus problem got better 'caus I know how those sinus infections can sneak up on you, they happen a lot to me.

| What a great meal. So glad that after your long wait you finally got to eat there and that you enjoyed your meal so much. Sorry Thom was not blown away with his meal but glad the girls enjoyed...those desserts looked so cute (and a great way to get the girls excited about the meal - even though it sounds like you will have a foodie with Maddie, glad she enjoys trying new things).

| OMGawd -- I just love this photo! ![]() And... as for "shock of your life" -- would that have anything to do with a certain spoiled brat showing up at your hotel? Harrrumph! Eileen

| What a fabulous meal at Flying Fish and after hear how good he was with your girls, I think I love Bob too!! FFC has officially been added to my "must do" list for next summer! I love the "here try this" pictures. And we wonder why teenagers never want to try anything that their parents suggest! Macy has started smelling things that we give her to try before she will taste it!! ![]() I can't wait to hear about the shock of your life so hurry back with more. | Yummo! FFC sounds amazing and I hope to try it some day. Bob sounds like a dream server, for parents anyway, and those kiddie desserts look awesome. My daughter would go nuts over it, and even my "big kid" would enjoy it... even at 12 years old! Come back with more soon!

| After hearing about that meal and seeing the pictures, I'm thinking about trying to fit FFC into my next trip! And both your dessert and Thom's sounded so tasty. And here all I've got to eat in my desk is dried cranberries. ![]()
