Okay guys, we're back and we have problems. For those that may remember, I started a TR last year and then my laptop died, taking all my 2500 photos(of just that trip) along with it. Now, I'm back and my new laptop keeps shutting off on me. I need to get a chill mat for it to see if that is the problem. there's good news and bad news though. The bad news: My first few pictures(about 350) are on that laptop and i'm having trouble getting it to stay on long enough to copy to a cd.
the good news is: the other 919 pictures are safe on my desktop and on our respective cameras.
It wouldn't be a good trip report if it didn't have pictures!

I just thought you guys would like to know that i didn't fall off the face of the earth!

Wendy, I'm just getting started with your report and it is great! Congrats on all the upgrades, you lucky, lucky lady!

One thing I was disappointed in for my trip was not meeting you. Now if I'd known ahead of time you are shy (which I truly understand as I'm shy, too), I'd have made a definite plan so we'd have had to meet. One of these days we will!
