So, with all of these people, where should we stay? Because of graduate school / college / high school / middle school / elementary school schedules, the only time we could all be together was early August (I know, HOT, but it has been cold all summer long here in Buffalo, so now we are thinking that is not such a bad thing).

Disney announced that they were extending the "Buy 4, get 3 free" offer until mid-August. That clenched the deal for us - August it was. I contacted MouseEarsVacations (hi Marisa ), since the company had done such a great job with my cruise vacation. Marisa was very patient as the vacation went from 15 people, to 19 people, to 20 people, to 21! We decided on vacation villas due to the large group of people. Saratoga Springs won out because with the 3 year olds, a zero entrance pool sounded good. We decided on the Park Hopper Plus pass. And with all of the kids, always hungry, we decided on the Meal Plan of Snack, Counter Service, and Sit Down meals. Breakfasts would be in the Villa.

NEXT.....what plans should we make?

So, at this point, there are 20 of us. Of course, WE all know you just can't land in WDW and expect to visit the restaurants you want.As we talked about what ADR's we should make, my father (who, at 81, seriously considered joining us, but figured the walking would be too much - I think being with all of his family would be what was too much) kept saying "It's an amusement park - why would you have to make reservations?".

I should step back. WE all know that you have to plan to enjoy WDW. 11 of us went back in 2004, and I did all of the planning, and things worked out wonderfully. I am the oldest, and naturally bossy , but I proved to everyone that having a plan made the best use of our time. Whenever we go anywhere as a large group, someone will complain that we are wasting time, and say "Too bad it's not Disney World! Then Cheryl would tell us where to go". One of the best points of our 2004 vacation was that we all shared a sit down meal each day, which brought us all together. This was the plan this trip as well. So, I asked my sisters (who had many Disney nut friends - although none as educated as I who had been giving them suggestions) where they would like to eat. This was their input:
Le Cellier
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Cinderellas Royal Table
OK! My sister's friends suggested two of the most difficult ADRs you can get! I agreed that those three would be great places, but we needed to add more meals! I asked my own kids - we went to Sci-Fi Theater back in 2000 and it was our favorite place. I added that. Since we would be staying at Saratoga Springs, I thought it would be convenient to eat at the Turf Club Bar & Grill. We are taking 4 kids (my sisters kids who have never been to WDW) for the first time - I wanted a "how cool" type place. I thought of San Angel Inn. We have never eaten there, but the feeling of being outdoors at night is so cool, I thought the kids would like it. One more - well, we would be close to Downtown Disney, and we are Irish - Raglan Road!

NEXT - CAN POOR MARISA GET ALL OF THESE RESERVATIONS FOR 20??

WOW! That's a lot of people! How great is it that you have so many people that want to share Disney with you. I can't wait to hear more. Good luck with the ADRs!
