Great wrap-up, Crissy! We like Port Orleans, too, although we are more partial to Riverside. I love the water taxi and carriage ride offered there. We liked going in Sept. for some of the same reasons: low crowds and short lines! The F&WF sounds really fun, we will have to try that sometime. I think it's great that Eric fell in love with WDW the "first" time(well, sort of), because I did too!

I think that Eric enjoys it for the fun and relaxation too! I really think he was impressed with the service and the resorts. I think that is the "disney bug" I love it for those reasons and many more!

Great trip Report. My family and I were at WDW the same time as you guys. We were at MK waiting for Wishes the same night as the deluge. We wactched in the heavy rain and left after the fireworks. What a nightmare it was waiting for the buses. You guys played it right waiting in the stores until 10:00. Thanks for sharing.

Wow what a small world after all right??? That was the worst rain I've ever been in at a disney park. One year we got caught in the middle of the day at DTD on our way out of disneyworld and it was a monsoon like that. I actually took my shoes off because the water was over my ankles in the parking lot
I hated I missed wishes...i was nearly in tears...Eric was upset because I was so upset and he tried to make it to where I could see something but it was just raining so hard....I cannot believe how brave you guys were! Thanks for reading along!

Crissy, I was really REALLY behind, but I've finally finished reading your TR and I just wanted to thank you for sharing it with us. It was great and it was such a pleasure to "see" Eric catching the Disney bug as the trip went on. He really did seem to be enjoying himself in all of the pictures!

Okay...chiming in here what, like a month late!! I have no idea where all of my time has gone! But you KNOW I loved reading this TR...due not in small part to the fact that I was part of it. And I LOVE LOVE that Eric is a convert. (of course part of that is that you now get to go back and I have to live vicariously through you this year...but there's always next year and maybe a girls' trip in there somewhere).
