| Isn't it wonderful when people read the orders. Glad they realized what you wanted before they did it again.

| Sorry you had to wait so long for your spaghetti to be right. I hope it was good in the end.

| Talk about a busy first day in the parks - but it sounded like a great time. We stayed at POR this trip and had a couple of lines such as yours...it was hard to even figure where the line ended. Glad you were able to get "home" faster by taking the other bus, except that you had to sit in an icebox for a bit. Glad you were able to finally enjoy your meal. Can't wait to hear all about your day at MK tomorrow.

| Why does it seem when you are wet from a ride, you get stuck on the coldest bus? Happens all the time! Sorry they messed up your dinner, but got it right in the end. More please!

| Sorry it's taken so long to get another update done. Things have been busy around here lately but I'm back in the swing of things now. We were up early again today for MK am EMH. It didn’t take long to realize this morning my voice was going. I chalked it up to all the TOT, RNRC, and EE action the day before. I was squeaking away already in the morning and it just got worse as the day went on. It made us both laugh all day. So my surprise for Pat today was breakfast at CP. I decided I’d just pay OOP for this one since breakfast is about $20 per adult and our other TS meals were more than that. When we went in December, his only TS request was for one big breakfast. We didn’t have any this time and I thought it would be nice to surprise him with one. I wasn’t sure how he’d react to just us adults going to a character meal but I decided to take my chances. The hardest part of doing this was keeping him from eating until our ADR time at 9:10. The beginning was easy. We’d eaten breakfast at the bakery on Main St. in December so I suggested we do that again after we did a few rides during EMH. So far so good. We headed to the bus stop and saw a MK bus at the stop so we sprinted a short distance to make it. As soon as we got on, the bus driver saw our just married buttons and announced to the bus that there was another set of newlyweds on board. Everyone clapped for us and congratulations all around. Someone sitting next to where we were standing said “Oh, he’s not done with you yet.” ![]() The back of the picture says ‘Have a magical honeymoon!!! Your friend, Lenny’. It cracked us up and is one of my favorite souveniers. Once we arrived at MK, we headed back towards Fantasyland. We stopped off at Philharmagic, then IASM. By now Pat was really starting to bug me about getting breakfast and I kept trying to put him off. It was getting more and more difficult. I managed to stall a bit longer taking pictures, saying just give me a few more minutes, then we’d head to the bakery. I figured that would work because it would get us headed in the right direction, then I could just veer off to CP. I realized later it was so hot already, the lens was fogged up but it made for some interesting pictures anyway. ![]() While we were hanging out in Fantasyland, we noticed 3 ‘suits’ walking around, looking at the buildings, making notes. It was pretty fascinating really. ![]() Another foggy stalling for time picture. It was finally close enough to check in for our ADR. As we headed towards Main St I told him we were stopping at CP instead. He seemed a bit confused at first. He was definitely surprised and not at all bothered that it would be only 2 adults at a character meal. Instead he was pretty excited about the whole thing. CP was by far our longest wait to be seated. We waited a good 20 to 30 minutes and there was a pretty good sized crowd waiting. They finally called our name and when we arrived at our table we found this waiting for us. ![]() ![]() The food here was great. We’ve eaten at Chef Mickey’s for breakfast and Donald’s Safari Breakfast before. I thought CP was a better buffet than either. We loved the cheesy potatoes (between the Mickey waffle and the strawberries). ![]() Plate number one. We took our pictures with all the characters but somehow managed to miss Piglet. I think he came by while we were getting our second plates. Pooh sat next to me on the bench and was making kissing noises at me. Who am I to deny a bear a peck on the nose? We had a great time stuffing ourselves, posing with characters, and I twirled my napkin along with everyone else during the kids parade. ![]() ![]() We were really full by now and thought the Hall of Presidents would be a good place to digest for a bit. Next up: More MK!
