Well GoofEme, that's no potato and if it was and I found it on my plate at a WDW restaurant, I think free dining would be the least they could do for me! Probably for life! Actually, it's a Sea Pig whatever that is. Well, anyway it's not exactly known for its' good looks.
I went to Memphis, a few years ago in your home state and there are some odd things on restaurant menus, but nothing like that. I was in Elvis country and I only went as far as a Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich. Great stuff, but probably not good for the arteries. Too good, to pass up! Great ribs and pulled pork as well.

Just got in. We made it to MK around 5 and checked into LTT at 5:20. Our ressie was for 5:35 and that was exactly the time we sat down. Everything was yummy. They brought the kids cupcakes after dinner for their birthdays.
After dinner we were able to go to The Hall of Presidents, Haunted Mansion, Mickey's PhilharMagic and Stitch's Great Escape. No waits for any of them.
The Wishes dessert party was awesome. Great view of the fireworks. Our table was right next to the railing. Couldn't have been better. Lot's of chocolate. I am stuffed
Early breakfast at CP tomorrow. I plan on meeting up with Bee (Betsy) and Creativemom (Shelley). Who are here safe also.
I will try to post some pics of the THV tomorrow. They are beautiful. If you have any questions let me know.
