| After Dad had his coke, we set off for the train-station (we planned to head to Frontierland). When the train arrived we climbed aboard stayed aboard until it reached our destination. We grabbed Fast Passes for Splash Mountain, and headed to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Now, as some of you know, Big Thunder is my FAVORITE ride in Disney World! If I had to pick between any ride to ride one last time at Disney, BTMRR would be the one! So we got in line (it said something like 20, but it was around 16 minutes) and soon we boarded the train. Me and Kelley were ride partners again, so we sat next to each other. This was Kelley’s first time on Big Thunder, so I was anxious to see if she liked it. After the ride was over, Nimros said it was time for lunch, but Dad wanted to go on Splash Mountain first because our Fast Passes were due in just about 15 minutes. Then we waited and waited and waited for our Fast Passes to be ready. We were deciding where to eat for lunch, too. I was NOT in the mood for tacos or hamburgers or hotdogs. I thought chicken strips or fish would be nice. Soon our Fast Passes were due, and we boarded Splash Mountain. Dad and I had decided to wear our rain ponchos – Kelley and Nimros didn’t. Soon our log/ride/whatever you want to call it pulled up, but just as I was about to get on, I noticed some throw-up where Kelley was going to sit. When we got off Splash Mountain, we headed over to Columbia Harbor House to eat lunch. Nimros got fish and an apple tart for dessert, Dad got fish and an apple dessert (will he ever go off apple?), Kelley got chicken strips and ???? for desert and I got chicken strips (the Cast Member probably thought I was off the adult menu, because he asked me what I wanted for dessert and the kids’ meals DO NOT come with dessert at that place – I checked the menu – and I ordered the least dessert-ish thing on the menu which was strawberry yogurt, and Nimros keeps thinking it was a kids’ dessert but it wasn’t!) Everything there was delicious, and I hope we’ll eat there again for lunch next time. After lunch we headed over to The Haunted Mansion. It was a fun ride, but I got really cold (and so did Kelley, who was still a little damp from Splash Mountain). Up next was Pirates of the Caribbean. I enjoyed it (I wasn’t prepared for the drop), and this time Kelley was actually prepared for the little drop! I’ll never forget her the first time… “ALEXA! YOU SAID THERE WEREN’T ANY DROPS!” She was hilarious… Up Next: The Pirate Tutorial
