| Love ALL of the costumes. Bethany did a really good job on both of yours. The parade pix are great. Joey did well smuggling in the teapot. The group theme was well presented.

| MNSSHP! So, here's our take on the evening, and some extra deets Matt left out! We had a goal of meeting at the Magic Kingdom around 5:30, so of course, we all did our best to look fabulous! For me, that included flat-ironing my hair and shellacking it so it would stand out (although the humidity took one look at my effort and then laughed as it all fell limp!), drawing on my eyebrows extra black and extra "angry", and attempting to put on the false eyelashes I'd bought to match. They were black with red feathers, and pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. Unfortunately, between Joey and myself, we could not get the glue to work with them! What a waste! Anyway, after that fiasco, all that was left to do was quickly get dressed, and then head to the Magic Kingdom. We met Matt and Bethany in the parking lot, and totally got some from people while we were walking to the tram. (Ok, it might've been .) I was very envious of the costume Bethany had made for Matt - it was like my vision, come to life (I'd wanted Trav to be the White Rabbit, but he whined and complained so much, you'd think I'd asked him to dress as a Tweedle ).The whole "carrying the teapot under the hat" that Joey did was a result of me telling him he couldn't bring it into the MK (no glass!). Neither Trav nor I even knew he was secretly bringing it in! (The teapot, by the way, was a wedding present that I tried to throw out when we were moving, and was lovingly rescued by Joey as he was helping us pack. ) I, with my roving eye, failed to actually spy there was anything wrong with him at all, until Matt said something once we'd gone through ticketing. To which Joey whipped off his hat, flipped the pot in his hands like something out of Cocktails, grabbed Matt's clock, and yelled, "No wonder you're late. Why, this watch is exactly two days slow!" We were all pretty much standing there like . And then ![]() I did manage to snap a shot of the outside of the train station before we went inside: ![]() Then we shot a quick group photo, and headed off to meet Janice (janicelovesmickey)! I also shot Cam (Cam22) a quick text saying that we were on Main Street, heading into the Emporium to meet up with Janice! We pretty much ran smack into them inside the Emporium, along with the pint-sized princess, Janice! I seriously didn't realize you were so tiny, Janice...well, most of you is small, that is After we'd all exchanged pleasantries and posed for photos , Janice was on her way out , and we all put our heads together to map out a game plan for the evening. Cam 'n' Fam had never done MNSSHP before, so they were content to let me take the reins and lead the group around for the night. I've always found my best course of action during the parties is to start in Adventureland, and make my way around, so, feeling a bit like a mama duck, I led all my ducklings across the bridge to the Jungle Cruise!Matt, I can't believe you didn't remember that godawful Jungle Cruise operator - first, she asked who Trav and I were supposed to be. And then, she was another one who just told the jokes, with no timing, no inflection, nothing. And she definitely messed up the part about Inspiration Falls, because she pointed it out way too early on our "cruise". It was so bad, at one point, I asked Trav if maybe she just had really dry humor and we just didn't "get" it. I do know one thing - we left that ride saying that the next time we get a sub-par skipper, we're going to mutiny, commandeer the boat, and do the spiel ourselves! ![]() After the Jungle Cruise disaster, we continued around Adventureland to POTC, since it wasn't officially time for the party to start yet, and none of the candy stops were open. We all rode Pirates together, and after the ride ended, I remember Joey helping Cam buy something...a gun, perhaps? By that point, the party had officially started, and there was a candy trail right outside the ride, so we stopped and filled our bags. Then we continued on to Frontierland, where Luke BEGGED us to ride Splash Mountain (actually, he didn't beg, but Matt and Travis certainly did their fair share! ) Speaking of begging, Cam, Stefanie, and I all begged out of riding Splash - I was already dripping wet with sweat, I didn't need to add stinky water to that equation. Besides, my eyebrows might've washed off! Luckily, there was a candy station right across the bridge, so we went and filled everyone's bags. At that point, dying of thirst, Cam and I decided to get something to drink. I suggested Dole Whips, because I knew she'd never had one! Luckily, next to the Dole stand was a meet 'n' greet with Abu and Genie AND a candy trail! I excused myself to use the bathroom, while Cam and Stef got in line to meet that wacky duo. When I came back, I told them that once I'd gotten my huge, heavy skirt up and my shorts down, I did NOT want to get up again! It was so nice and air-conditioned in that bathroom, and I was soooo hot. Stefanie gave me her best disapproving look, along with a "MOLLEEEEEEE - NO ONE WANTS TO KNOW THAT!" ![]() I'd shot the rest of the group a text telling them where we were. While I sat against a wall, Cam and Stefanie got their pictures taken, and everyone else showed up. It was very apparent that Luke had gotten completely soaked - his light gray shirt was now a much darker shade! None of the rest of the crew was as wet as he was (although for the rest of the night, Joey's Goodwill jacket smelled like musty basement and cigarettes After Stefanie got her autographs and we all got a jillion Dole Whips, we continued to walk around and saw Tarzan, Jane, and Turk. We ALL wanted to get a picture with Tarzan because we'd never seen him before. And man, we weren't disappointed - although like Matt said, upon closer inspection, he was a HOT MESS. His spray tan had to be seen to be believed - he was practically NEON ORANGE! ![]() Other than the spray-painted 6 pack, those were Tarzan's real muscles! ![]() After we got through with pictures, we cut back through the tunnel to Liberty Square, where we stopped inside the Diamond Horseshoe for more candy. While there, we saw a little boy whose costume we absolutely ! He was dressed as Michael Jackson, and was moonwalking his way across the floor, dancing around. He was fantastic! So of course, we wanted his picture! As we were walking towards his mom, she turned to us and said, "My son wants to have his picture taken with you because he loves your costumes!" There was lots of this on both sides! ![]() ![]() Travis is the only one of us that doesn't look amused! After the candy, we headed towards the Haunted Mansion to visit the 999 happy haunts! While we were inside the stretching room, Bethany told me something really cool - apparently if you wait until the room empties out, the gargoyles talk to each other! Unfortunately, we really didn't have any time to listen, because as soon as those doors opened up, we were off to our Doombuggies! Luckily, we made it out of the HM without taking along any Hitchhiking Ghosts, and at that point, it was about 30 minutes until the fireworks started. Cam had mentioned she wanted to check out the MNSSHP merchandise (Those ladies their shopping like a fat kid cake! ). Of course, the merchandise was all the way across the park in Mickey's Star Traders, in Tomorrowland, according to the party map. We made the long trek over, to find a very, very limited selection of merchandise, and no pins! After we'd shopped, it was time to go find a good spot for the fireworks. There was plenty of space at the hub, near the Tomorrowland bridge, so we all settled in and waited for the magic to start. Meanwhile, Joey took off to the Uptown Jewler's store (which is normally where the pins are kept anyway) to see if he could have any luck there. He made it back just in time for the fireworks to start. We started out having fantastic seats, as everyone around us was also sitting. However, about 1 minute into HalloWishes, this woman with a video camera came and stood right in front of Bethany and me. We were so mad! Annoyance aside though, I was BLOWN AWAY by the fireworks And of course, the finale, with the fireworks in the round made the price of the Party ticket well worth it!Cont'd in next post!

| After the fireworks ended, we made our way back over to Liberty Square to watch the 2nd parade. While we were waiting for the Headless Horseman, music started, and someone asked what it was, because it was really familiar. I impressed everyone (no one ) with my knowledge that it was Ride of the Valkeryies by Wagner. Don't ask me how I knew all this. Sometimes random facts just pop into my head at opportune times! Matt got some really fantastic shots of everything in the parade, and what he didn't get, I'm sure Luke captured! My favorite float was the Haunted Mansion Ghost Band - I'm a huge fan of anything involving a Keytar!!!!After the parade was over, and Boo To You was sufficiently embedded into our brains for all eternity, we made our way back over to Tomorrowland. I'm not exactly sure what our goal was by going the long way over, but I know that Cam was on a mission to find Snow White and the Seven Dwarves for Stefanie, and I had a pretty good idea of where they might be. ![]() We had to stop at the Autotopia because it only had a 5 minute wait, and you NEVER see that. Plus, it'd been several years since we'd done it, so I MADE everyone go. Thank GAWD I got that out of my system for the next few years! I didn't realize how hard it is to push down those pedals! About halfway through, our little car crapped out because my leg couldn't do it any more. (And M&B almost rear-ended us! ) I made Trav take over acceleration duties, while I steered. After we got off that devil's contraption, we continued making our way over to Toontown, when we decided we just HAD to get a picture on the teacups! As you can see by Matt's photo, that was wildly successful. You know what wasn't so good? Having the skin ripped off our hands and legs as the three of us tried to turn our teacup in an opposite direction when we weren't prepared. My hands got caught with Joey's ginormous thighs under the wheel, and I'm sure my ring left a nice gash across his legs as we all screamed in terror! Too bad Matt didn't manage to capture that nice little moment! After our ride, the Tweedles were out, and of course, we couldn't pass up a fantastic photo opportunity like that! While we were waiting in line, we snapped a picture of the "Tweedles" in front of us. ![]() I took that opportunity to tell Trav he should be thankful I didn't buy those costumes for him and Matt to wear. Because I totally looked at them for like, 2 weeks! Also, because it's my favorite picture, I'm going to post it again! ![]() I our faces! We tried so hard to get into character! (Trav said, "I'll get on my knees so I can be short like the real King of Hearts!" - You get an A for effort, Trav. )By that point, our quintet was absolutely pooped. My feet felt like they were bleeding - I suppose heels aren't the best idea to wear around the Magic Kingdom (especially when we'd taken the most roundabout way to get to everything!), but you know I'll do anything in the name of fashion! Luckily, Cam 'n' Fam had spotted the Dwarves at the entrance to Toontown, so we said our goodbyes to them in line, and tried to make our way out of the parks. Matt also took this great picture of them before we left! ![]() you guys! We can't wait to see you again! I'm going to borrow some of Stefanie's pixie dust and wish for it to happen! ![]() At this point, we definitely looked like a sad crew. Wilting flowers probably looked "fresher" than we did! Why Matt thought we needed to walk the candy trail, or as he so aptly called it, "The Trail of Tears" (seriously, a more perfect name can't be found!) is beyond me, but I hope to god he got his fill of generic sweet tarts! you, Matt!We were dumped out in front of Stitch's dance party, where we stopped for a hot minute because they were playing Single Ladies, and we dared Joey to do the dance across the floor. I wish I would've had the foresight to take a small video with my camera, because believe me when I say, it was quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen! The best part was watching the parents of the kids out on the dance floor, watching Joey puttin' a ring on it the whole way across! ![]() It might've looked something like this! J/K, Joey! you!Another fun "thing" we noticed at the dance party was a very, very "sexy" Jasmine, complete with 6-pack, Janet Jackson rock-hard abs. As we were all pondering how Disney had even let her into the Magic Kingdom wearing such a scandalous, low-cut costume, we suddenly realized "she" was actually a "he," albeit a very convincing Jasmine! ![]() Before we could say anything else, Bethany had sidled up to him/her, and asked for a picture! Atta girl! Hopefully, Matt still has it and will post it below! After that mess, we finally limped out of the Magic Kingdom, looking like battle-scarred veterans. After we stood at the monorail station for entirely too long, and found out that one of the monorails was broken down somewhere at the TTC, we left that mess, made our way over to the Ferry, and were quickly on our way to the parking lot. While on the boat, we saw a fantastic Cheshire Cat costume on a man riding an ECV. Even his ECV was decked out with Cheshire fabulousness! (Matt, did you get a picture of that?) We also struck up a conversation with guy wearing a very strange costume - a black choir robe, parachute pants with one leg cut off, a strange hat, a wand up his sleeve, a scarf, and a shirt that had something to do with Griffindor, and Chris Griffin from the Family Guy. (I don't remember what it said, exactly. I'll give you a hint - it DOES have to do with Harry Potter. When he told us, we were all and It was so clever! Anyway, as Matt said, we were all so exhausted by the time we got off that ferry, we all just sort of mumbled our and headed to the car. Then, on the way home, we were like, "WHY DIDN'T WE SAY A PROPER GOODBYE?!!! WE'RE NEVER GOING TO SEE THEM AGAIN!!!" Ok, so maybe that's a little over-dramatic. But still. Coming Up: Matt and Bethany Go Home. And Molly tries to finish up this TR before she goes back to WDW in a few weeks!

| Great update Molly! You guys really looked great...and drawing in your eyes brows brings committing to a character to a whole new level. I think I would have died if I saw Joey doing the single lady dance...I get a kick out of that dance done by anyone the novelty has not owrn off yet. Last year Ben and I stopped at the dance party in Cosmic Rays and before we new it we were dancing to the complete Grease Megamix. Like I said earlier you guys should make this trip and party a tradition and invite the delightful Davis's...just think about a group outfit for 7! I am looking forward to the rest of the TR. I will finish mine before "mousefest"!

| Seriously, Bethany had no need to worry about making her costume more modest with the likes of Jasmine running around!! Not sure why they insist on taking cute costumes and making them "naughty" I saw a very scandalous Dorothy this year at our dance...you did a great job as Alice (and the rest of you were awesome too!) Sorry this TR is drawing to a close - I've enjoyed it.
