Talking Rockin around a Disney Tree- the PTR for our New Yrs Eve bash
Welcome to my december PTR, since I am leaving in 2 weeks
I thought I would start on a pre-trippy

Whos going-

thats Lisa, Me and Jennifer with capt hook and smee
We have lots of Disney trips together, because we love it, and travel really great together.

Where we are staying-
Off property!
Why? because we are cheap and really dont want to spend all our $$ on property even the values are not cheap this time of year!
Dates- Sunday December 27-January 5th(me till the 5th, them to the 3rd)
because it costs 100.00 less to fly home on the 5th than rather the 3rd or 4th, and the room is so cheap, its less for me anyway to just stay.
since I am an AP holder, its not like I have to put out any more $$ to enter the parks. thats my theory and I am sticking to it.

My flight is on Southwest at 7:40am! meaning I have to be at the airport at the crack of dawn ugh
I arrive at about 10:20am
Lisa's flight is early too and she will be arriving around the same time.
We will meet at baggage claim area and take Mears to our hotel.
Jennifer will be driving down from Nashville before christmas to visit her parents in Melbourne.
She will join us on the 29th.
Once we get unpacked and settled we will probably either cab it over to disney or take the mears shuttle, I am sure the hotel shuttle will have already been done for the morning.
We were not renting a car due to the price tag of 6 zillion dollars!!

And heres our ADRS and park days
Ok- park days are usually where we eat at, but we do hop

Sunday 12-27 Boma Dinner at 7:45pm probably AK till closing, since we will be going in the afternoon, then head to AKL and see the decorations

Monday 12-28 Sci Fi lunch at 11:30am DHS morning, afternoon
evening?

Tuesday 12-29 Teppan at Epcot 12:00noon probably an Epcot day
then head to DTD for dinner at
Raglan Road 8:00pm

Wednesday- 12-30 Universal day OR A DISNEY DAY
Jiko dinner at AKL at 6:20pm, after dinner, home, calling it an early night because tomorrow-

Thursday- EPCOT ALL DAY ALL NIGHT 12/31
Breakfast- Akershus 8:05am
Lunch-LeCellier 1:05pm
Dinner- San Angel 8:45pm

Friday- 1-1-10 MK DAY
The Plaza Lunch 11:15am
Dinner - 1900 Park Fare 7:30pm

Saturday- 1-2-10 maybe universal or disney day
Cape May breakfast 8:35am

Sunday-Jen and Lisa leave so I will be solo taking the hotel shuttle
Sunday and Monday

I go home Tuesday.
then count down to my next trip.

Sounds awesome so far! Don't worry too much about being off property (may actually be more relaxing at night). The important part is you will be there! It's a magical place at a magical time of year! Keep your eyes open for Passporter name Tags I know I will be wearing mine!

I have never been to Disney for New Years Eve, can I ask if there is any special celebrations in the parks or are they just open later?
