I'm the very same way! In fact about 4 or 5 trips ago, I bought the Mickey Mouse with the sunglasses and ears hat antenna topper. Later that summer we went to a mall in Evansville and when we got back to our car, he was gone. I bought another the next trip, but he has never been on the antenna once. My new Edge makes it a bit harder to steal now, but I have a few I just don't want to blow off and the weather does change them. .
That's how I feel too - they are too cute to get lost or weathered!! I had the same Mickey with the glasses and ears and he sat on my bureau for over a year. When I got my Kia Sportage a few months ago, I finally decided to hang him from the rearview mirror.
Don't you love the monorail sticker - I have it on my back window with my Disney people!!
I'm so sorry about Luke's fall - I hope his foot is doing much better now!
Great update Cam! We (me ) fell in love with the Haunted Mansion queue as well. Did you notice the haunted book encased in glass where the bookshelves were? That was by far my favorite part! I could easily have spent an hour there interacting with it if Doug and the kids would have let me. I found it rather sad that so many parents wouldn't allow their children to play at the Winnie the Pooh area. Devin and I had an absolute blast jumping, pulling, and spinning things there. We did get some funny looks too, like "why aren't they stampeding the line like the rest of us?"
Can't wait to play in the HM queue. I've been there since it opened, but it was crowded and I didn't see it all. I may skip the ride and just play in the queue! Sorry Luke's feet were so painful, but glad it gave you a chance to have a different kind of trip, taking time to find all the comfy rockers!
It looks like Stefanie really enjoyed the new HM queue. I can't wait to experience the changes in April! I love your purchases, especially the Mickey antenna topper. My car doesn't have an antenna so I never look at them. But if I did have an antenna, I probably wouldn't put it on as I would be afraid it would be stolen, so I guess I could pretend I had an antenna and buy one, and just not put it on .
Very cool small world moment with Stefanie's former bus driver. Last August, I had a small world moment. I was at the post-ride area of Spaceship Earth when I saw a young man with an I (heart) CT shirt on. I went over to comment on his shirt, and it turned out that he was a former student of mine! He was 3 and 4 when he was my student, and he is now in his teens. He didn't remember me, but his Dad did. It was a great moment.
Great update!!
Can't wait to play with Winnie the Pooh & HM que's.
Sorry to hear about Luke's feet bothering him, but he's doing better than I would It is great to sit back and take a closer look at the park and not be so "commando" all the time...That is my plan for our trip in September, hopefully I will be able to follow through
Can't wait to read more...I have to find time to see HP Part 2...we just did a movie marathon leading up to the final one but I haven't sat down to watch Part 1...we've had it since it came out but on Blu Ray but I refused to watch it cause everyone said the ending(or rather where it left off) wasn't a great spot for it. Since you want it to keep playing
The queue at HM looks so neat! We are really excited for our cruise, but both Dh and I are sad we won't be at WDW this year. We'd all love to play at HM! Stefanie's earrings sound like something DD would want.

Great pics of the parade! I love sitting on those rocking chairs in Liberty Square. It's really the perfect spot to take a break and watch the world go by for a while!
We love to get antennae toppers! I really like the Mickey in a poncho! Right now, I've got the Mickey in sunglasses on my car. DH said that we would start getting doubles though because they do get worn on your car. I had a Cinderella's carriage topper and one of the wheels started to tear off.
Glad Luke could rest up his feet. Sometimes it is nice to just sit and people watch with a nice cool beverage!
I can't wait to try the interactive queue at HM. It looks like a lot of fun. And it really is a small world...that's really cool about Stefanie's former bus driver. What a treat for her.
Great update and pics! We have the WDW family vinyls on my car and we added
two puppy vinyls so we have five on my back window. If I could find a Mickey
Star Wars one I would put it on DH car.
How funny that you ran into Stefanie's former bus driver! It really is a small world, after all!
Sorry Luke's foot was still bothering him, but y'all got some great parade pics! I always struggle with that.
I am looking forward to visiting the new HM queue in December. It is DH's favorite ride, so it may be difficult to keep him from charging straight to the direct route, but I think the whole family will enjoy it.
I love the Mickey rain poncho antenna ball. I had a golden ears Mickey on my car for several years that I bought during the Happiest Year on Earth Celebration. But it finally wore out, and now I've got just a plain Mickey. I'm definitely looking for one of those cuties on our next trip. You are a shopper extraordinaire!

Love your photos from HM. I can't wait to see the headstones. Sounds like fun!
And you reminded me...I still have to put "My other car is a monorail" on my car (and i got it back in December! Well I still need to get my car washed!)
The new HM interactive queue is so cool! I love the WDW family vinyls. We bought them on our last WDW trip.
Pretty neat to run into someone from your hometown!
