Clarifying the Club Lounge offerings for you: the afternoon offerings are basically just snacks. They put out things like cookies, gummy bears, yogurt covered pretzels and soft drinks. They put out a few more items at "tea time" but during the day the lounge offerings are pretty sparse. We like to stockpile the evening and morning offerings in the mini fridge!
It sounds like Mark had lots of fun while you were out taking photos. Thanks for the construction update on the AoA resort. I can't wait to stay there!
Oh you and I were posting at the same time. I think I'm going to have to try and get over to Fulton's for lunch. The dinner prices there are almost scary! The meal looks like it was fantastic. I love the new look of the lego store! I can't wait to take some photos of the Snow White lego display!
Sorry you had to listen to the child whilst trying to enjoy your lunch.
Thanks for sharing all the photos. I would never think of going to Fulton's but it does look inviting. Can't wait for more TR.

Thanks for that!

I have to agree with you on the children getting down from the table thing. Our daughter has been taught these manners and always asks if she can get down - she can only do so when we are all done! I do understand that sometimes children have off days, but often it seems to me parents can't be bothered!
Anyway, I love Fultons, we had lunch there a couple of years ago and it was great!
The final straw came when the kid disappeared and they didn’t know where it had gone. Eventually, after that, they at least made an attempt to try and keep it at the table. We kept discussing this. I’m sorry, but maybe things have changed, but when we were kids, we were both told to stay at the table until everyone was done with eating, so to us, that’s just basic manners, but obviously not for this family.
First, I just wanted to say that I was laughing while reading this part because you can definitely tell how much you dislike this little boy. Instead of saying "where HE had gone" and "keep HIM at the table" you called him "It"...hilarious! Anyway, I would have asked to be moved because there is just no excuse for that type of behavior. I understand that kids act up, mine does every now and then, but the second she does it when we're at a restaurant I immediately remove her and take her outside as to not disturb the other patrons. And I would never let her get down from the table while we were still eating...especially in a public place.

Thanks for the info and the great tip. I can see why they would do that since most people are out enjoying the parks at that time. I'm excited to see the offerings at "tea time", but I guess we'll get the most use out of it at breakfast.
Just catching up again. Lots and lots of great pics. I love the look of the new lego store- how cute are the duck models!
I would have asked to move tables at the restaurant too, its not a pleasant experience when you are trying to enjoy a meal. Speaking of rude families, i was at the beach on sat and this lady let her little boy(about 3?) pee right beside where we were sitting on the sand!!!! I was totally horrified, especially as there were bathrooms nearby. I had to move after that. Some people just don't have good manners.
I am very excited about the new LEGO characters out there. That is a plus to make a trip to DTD. Also, agree with you on the manners not being taught to these young babies. We may have to just try Fulton's next time!!!!
Love the lego pictues. they are so neat. I'll have to try and get some photos this trip.
As for the salad, I have been only to a few places that actually mix if for you. I don't think that is the norm here, or at least around where I live.
I would have moved away from "it" as well. I don't know how it is in other countries, but I know the population in the States have just gotten lazy and self centered. I embarrass my kids because I am not "shy" about making comments loudly for rude behavior. Sorry, but if no one says anything then people will just keep pushing you aside or run over you literally!! My kids don't act like that, they know what would happen to them if they did.
The crab sandwich looked yummy....makes me want to grab some crab meat at the store tonight and make some MD crab cakes!!!! YUMMY!!! I grew up on hard crabs...knew how to pick them before I was 5. That is one of the great perks of living in Maryland, crabs!
Great pictures from the Lego store! Sorry about the horrible kid. I think I would have been tempted to compliment the family with the well-behaved child, making sure that the family with the demon-child overheard me and got the hint.

That's a trait I get from my mother!
