The baggalini messenger sits in the same place a backpack would sit on your back, but it has a cross body strap instead of the two arm straps a backpack has--I love it because it doesn't sit across my underarms and make me sweat.
You did a fabulous job on the playroom!
Love the wreath!
Way to go Hope!
Thanks so much!

It was about time I took that class, although, I still get really aggravated with trying to figure out all the settings.

Way to go Hope!!! Hopefully this weekend is diaper free for you!
And score on BCV! I'm bummed we'll miss you, but there's always next time. Do you plan to go again next year?
Thanks. The red wreath on the black door would probably looked great! You just have to make sure to take a picture of it.
I'm upset we'll be missing each other next year too. I think we're only going to go that one time next year, but I definitely plan on going in 2013 to see all the new stuff in Fantasyland. Maybe we'll have to see if our schedules can coordinate.

Thank you...we're still waiting for the repairs to get done to his car.

Ugh...decisions decisions. I found another bag online the other day, but it's a camera bag that can also be used to carry other stuff as well. I'm going to post that to get everyone's thoughts, but I really need to make a decision on this soon.

Love the new sig picture! Hope is such a cutie!! Oh! and I love the wreath too....you are just so crafty! Your countdown is really going down fast.....1 month to go!!
Most definitely! When is all supposed to be complete?
I'm not 100% sure. For some reason May 2013 is sticking out in my mind, but I don't know if that's right.

Thanks! Technically I can't do the 30 day dance until tomorrow because of the extra day in October...but we're getting really really close!
Well, we're almost exactly 30 days away from the trip...tomorrow is the big 3-0 day! I still feel like it's so far away, especially when I'm trying to explain it to Hope. How do you explain a month to a 2 year old? Everything we see, whether it's a monkey on tv or a bird in the sky, she says, "I'll see that in Disney World". Sometimes I get to say, "Yup, that will be in Disney World", and she gets all happy, and there are other times I'm like "nope". She still doesn't get it though. Even though she's been twice before, she obviously doesn't remember a darn thing about it, so I can only imagine what her mind has concocted Disney World to be. Apparently it's a magical place where everything she sees lives there...I guess she's not too far off.
I finally finished her countdown calendar, and we're going to actually start using it on Friday morning. That way she will get to move the "marker" to the last day on the actual morning we leave. Okay, so I'm going to start off by saying this wasn't my best looking project. I didn't know what to come up with, and putting this together with all of the other things I've got going on wasn't high on the priority list. But I wanted it to work for her, and while it's simple, I know she will it. I'm happy to have this finished and really excited to surprise her with it Friday morning. Hopefully this will help her understand how much longer she has to wait til Disney.
I went with a princess theme since she's really into them right now
This is the "marker" that she'll move each day
In other big news...I bought a bag for the parks! Okay, so I was originally going to post another bag I had found to see what you guys thought. It was technically a camera bag, but you could also fit a bunch of other stuff in it. It was the Lowebro Passport Slingshot, but after looking at it more and more, it's started to look way to big for me.
It seems to have gotten a lot of good reviews, but the thing that really sold me on it was the fact that I could fit my DSLR camera in it...with a lens attached, plus all of the other stuff I needed, and it still wouldn't be that big to carry around! I got really lucky because when I ordered it on ebags yesterday, they were offering 20% off plus free shipping and free returns. The $58 bag ended up being $39.99 flat, and if I end up not liking it, I can return it with plenty of time to spare.
So, that's two more things checked off my to-do list, and lucky for me I haven't added anything new to it...yet.
