Just finished reading your tr and I loved it!!! You really make traveling with a large group sound easy - - it's great how you all do your own thing and then come back together for the meals. The planning may have been stressful, but you pulled it off!

What a fantastic trip for Christmas and Peter's 10th birthday!
I'm so glad to hear Peter say he wants to take his own family one day. MY DH has been going since he was 8 and still loves going to the world - he says he anticipates our trips more than Christmas!

I must admit that sometimes it may have been "forced" on them when DH and I would say, "Okay, we're headed to [destination] ... see you later!"
