4 Years Married - 10 Years Together: A September Anniversary PTR
It's that time of year again. That time of year when I start a Pre-Trip Report. (Sorry about my lack of a name for my PTR! I'm not sure what's up yet...can't think of one!)

I am very sorry for not finishing my last TR. But, in the end, it wasn't such a great trip for me, and writing about it was getting me down. I may or may not finish it, but I am definitely going to enjoy writing this PTR!

So, here are the basics, as of right now!

What: Our 4 Year Anniversary Trip (Marking 10 Years as a Couple.)

Who: Me (Jessica - 23, 24 at time of trip) and my husband (David - 23, 24 at time of trip)

When: September 12th - September 26th, 2012 (Subject to change.)

Resort: Pop Century (Preferred Room - Booked King Bed)

Side Trips: Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure

The one thing that is really different about this trip than other trips that we've taken is that the dates are completely up in the air. This is for two reasons:

1) David's job may prevent us from going when we had originally planned and

2) David's cousin is getting married "some time in September" and we may have to change the dates of our trip because of that. (David's mom would never forgive us if we missed it).

Originally I was really depressed about this possible re-scheduling of our trip, especially with all the blackout dates that David's job imposes on him. But for some reason, finding out about Arthur getting married kind of put everything in perspective. If I have to go at a different time than I usually do, is it such a big deal? Plus, it is somehow easier to rearrange our vacation due to a wedding in the family than for work reasons.

The other prospective dates for this trip are September 1st through the 15th or August 29th through September 12th. If I have to, I'll go earlier, but I'd really rather not, because of crowds!

I got my 2012 refill for the PassPorter today! It gave me the boost that I needed to stop moping and get back with my PassPorter People!
Anyway, I'm back on the boards with a vengeance, and hopefully I'll be happy and fun rather than mopey and boring!

Coming up next, I'll post some of our tentative plans, including our dining wish list!

Thanks! Depending on how many times I change my mind, I am thinking that no matter what the dates are, my plans will stay the same for dining and stuff.
